She is a long haired shepherd with sable coloring....meaning more than one color on her coat....lots of undercoat with different colors....tan, red, white, black. She's growing so fast and she'll grow even bigger still.

She is beautiful and big. Our big girl, Jenny tries to be a love but sometimes she is bigger than she thinks and bangs us around. We often times have to kennel her, always when friend first arrive.

Turkey extras; mushroom mashed potatoes or mashed sweet potatoes, acorn squash, bread stuffing, homemade cranberry sauce, brussel sprouts, on DCL they call them baby cabbages, lol (I am kind of weird, love 'em). Then we have pie for dessert, pumpkin or cherry.

those those sprouts!

Happy Thanksgiving to you too PJ....with all this turkey day food talk....I'm really getting hungry!

Molly update...she is fine. I took a nap and Paul and she went out to visit her friend and drop off lil bros overnight supplies (he had an invite) to stay with his friend. She came home with an arm full of loot from her friends house, get well gifts, Harry Potter #4 movie and we're watching it now.

We will have to carve a pumpkin in her honor with 6 missing teeth! Picture to post of it all tomorrow.

I have to say, I am shocked at how expensive WDW can be!! (times like this make me so thankful we bought into DVC) I just was pricing out a few options for a friend who is going between DL and WDW. This friend is very bottom line orientated, I am sure she is going to pick DL. For a 1 week whole package without food at moderate resort and airfare it was 4400 (pop was 3800). The same thing at DL was 2900. That is quite a difference in price, but then again, I am comparing at Good Neighbor hotel at DL to an onsite hotel at WDW. And, in MHO, there is no comparison between the resorts, WDW wins hands down.

He will go nuts indeed! I'm not going to tell him, so when we arrive at port, he's going to be so surprised!

Well, Scott is due home late tonight. I am off to paint the girls' nails for their games tomorrow....you must have pink nails with soccer balls painted on them to make goals...didn't you know that?!

Oh, those are the worst decisions We risked it for our trip in December last year and nothing came though so we ended up staying at our other timeshare off site . It just wasn't the same. Maybe waitlist for a week and see what you get and then make the decision. If it were me, I'd just go for it and crash with some other DISer if nothing comes through What about booking at Pop or something just in case?

Tommorrow, I am going to have them check Port Orleans and CBR. Maybe I will get lucky and there will be a room there. With cheap airfare, if we can get off work, and with DVC it is a no-brainer. We all have AP's, so our only real cost other than food is airfare and a rental car. I even thought about going to Vero Beach for the first two nights, but not sure I want to make that drive from MCO - esp on a late Thursday night.

Score! After all this food talk, especially the Thanksgiving dinner talk, I found something great in my freezer! A Marie Callender frozen microwave meal --- Turkey Breast w/stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans & stuffing. WOOHOO! Sure, not a home-cooked meal, but it will do the trick for now!

Our kids are sooooo interested in going. I figure that will be our next visit to FL and perhaps I can get a bit o time at WDW too???

we're home. Molly had 6 teeth pulled. an extra baby tooth, as a freebie

Molly is bleeding alot she is packed with gauze and is leaking out her mouth so is using a kleenex to keep it from dripping on her clothes.

I hope it stops up soon. I can change out the guaze in a few minutes. Then every hour thereafter.

She was great during the the whole process. The doctor let me sit at the door to watch and keep her company. She didn't even flinch with the shots of novocaine.

Well done Molly. Hope she wakes up this morning feeling good.

I wish my family could travel together, but we can't even get together for a day without a few of us needing drugs!

I don't know whether I should laugh at this but is sounds so funny!!

Look at how big my baby has gotten at only ten months old.

She is very beautiful.

So Amy found out that Sophia does not have school on Friday, Oct 26, and she talks me into an impromptu trip to WDW - Leave on the night of the 25th, come back on the 29th.

I called DVC - alas! No rooms available for all four nights! Only the last two nights are available at SSR. What to do?

Do I take a chance and waitlist the other two nights?

I can get tickets on SW from Cleveland for $79 each way.

What happens if no waitlist comes through?

Decisions, decisions . . .

I even tried the Poly, CR, and Coranado in the Disney Collection - still no rooms due to the Food and Wine Festival.

Nuts!

It is our half term school holidays so the Brits will be there filling the rooms!!

Happy Thanksgiving Kathe. Enjoy the dinner on Monday. I love sprouts, but they seem to be one of those unpopular veggies, particularly with our young people.
