Holly-wishing you lots of luck both with Tyler at the docter and also with your ex. I think you're doing the right thing!!! A year from now this will all be behind you and you'll know exactly what's going on with Tyler.
Thank you! :goodvibes I told Tyler's teacher today about his appointment coming up on Monday and she asked me how his dad felt about it. I told her he's not happy about it and she told me "Don't worry, you're doing the right thing." Even if the doc can just narrow out some things, that's a step in the right direction.

Well, we are supposed to lose this weekend and rumor has it that Tubby is heading for Texas A&M. What a mess we are in!

Anyone know of a good coach we can get?

I was a fan of Donny's but my big crush of that era was Sean Cassidy:love: I remember my grandfather bought me a shirt with his picture on it and my name above it....I wore that thing all the time:lmao:

Oh yes, how could I forget...I had a big crush on the Cassidy boys! First on David and then Sean (Hardy Boys rock on...Parker Stevenson was a cutie too)......

I am sorry that I have forgotten your name, but mine is Noel. I don't have false nails either as it so much easier to get a manicure than to get fills or whatever. I don't mind that my nails are on the short side either.

Hi Noel

My name is Deborah, husband Ian and son Keith 10 and Olivia will be 8.

OK, I'm WAY behind!!

I just HAD to change my signature for for awhile . . .:thumbsup2

Whether or not we get in to DVC Amy made some reservations through work at some fleabag motel (actually Marriott Courtyards).

So, we will arrive late Thursday the 25th (missing game 2 in Cleveland if we make it to the Series) and leaving on Monday the 29th.

I have no idea who is meeting who where since this was kind of last minute, I know V will be there, and now I have to look up stuff and do some last minute planning.

If there is a group meet going on, and we are not horning in, let me know.

YAY!! Then you can probably meet up with us in Epcot on the 26th.

I just wanted to share some good news.

My brother has finally been told that his stem cell transplant worked. :woohoo: He was originally told they would know after 2-3 weeks and it has been 7 weeks, so he was pretty much convinced it hadn't taken.

He is still very seriously ill, from the damage caused both by the disease itself (myeloid fibrosis) and by the chemotherapy - from which his liver has suffered particularly badly. But at least he now knows it is worth continuing to fight through it all because hopefully he will eventually recover completely.

Thank you for all your prayers and pixie dust.

What wonderful news!

And this deal with Tyler happened after I just booked the mini-cruise for November. :sad2: I felt great about booking it because I thought he'd been doing so well since his last incident at day care before he started school. I can cancel the cruise, but I'd forfeit 50%, so I'm just not willing to lose that money when it's so hard to come up with it in the first place. :headache:

Oh Holly!:grouphug: I don't blame you for not wanting to cancel the cruise. That's a lot of money to lose, especially when the teachers seem to think it's something he can't even control.

Gina Marie...How was the So You Think You Can Dance show??? I bet it was great live! I love that show and had tickets to last season's live show, but got home from FL trip late and issues with mom, so I had to miss it. This season was even better than the last, I thought. I would have loved to have seen it live. Maybe next year when things calm down a bit. Hope you enjoyed it!!!!!!

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

The show was FANTASTIC! I'd recommend going to see it next year. It was a lot of fun and much better than I even expected. Those dancers are incredible.

It's been a LONG couple of days. Olivia had her 18 month check-up yesterday and got FOUR shots. They made her feverish, so she's been miserable ever since. I think the fever is finally breaking this afternoon, but I'm not positive yet. I have to pick her up in a little while.

DH and I are throwing a game night on Saturday and I have so much work to do to get the house in order! The weather is just miserable around here tonight. We've been under a tornado warning and all the train service is screwed up, so I'm not sure when DH will get home. He called me from Penn Station and said someone was getting arrested right next to him :rolleyes1

Oh no! All terrible things! I hope Olivia feels better soon, the tornado stays away and weather clears up, and you get all your housework done for game night. At least you'll get to have a good time Saturday night as a great reward! :goodvibes

Tornado warnings are not fun!! :pixiedust: to you DH in getting home soon!!

I've got to get ready for bed, so I hope everybody has a great weekend! We're off to Arkansas at the crack of dawn.

Lisa...your story about your postcard from Donny reminded me of a time with Art. So Art Carney and his family lived in my small hometown in CT and my mom and his son were best friends. I would go over there all the time in the summer and play with his grandkids. Art was nice but his wife was a sweetie. I must have been 6 or 7 and it somehow hit me that he was famous...I think we saw an old episode of the Honeymooner's on TV or something. I go flying downstairs and ask him for an autograph, which he does while laughing. I was so proud of that for a while and then decided just to throw it away since I knew him and saw him often. Now that he is gone, I wish I had kept that for a memory of those years hanging out with him and the family.

This is the kind of story that I am talking about - just priceless. Thanks for sharing Kaylee.

OK guys . . . about the 26th . . .

We are going to be at Epcot during the day - meeting PJ at 2:00, meeting up with Vanessa and John too, and we have an ADR at Marakesh with V and John for 4:00.

Evening though . . . I just bought tickets yesterday for MNSSHP for that night - and that is from 7 to midnight. Thus the early dinner ADR. So we will be there in the evening. Yeah, we are cramming a lot into a day because of the short stay, but we want to experience a bit of Food and Wine, and we promised Sophia MNSSHP since she will now miss TOT here.

Monica was nice enough to include us in Breakfast at Boma on Saturday morning, so we will be there.

Saturday we may do AK after Boma, and so far Sunday is unplanned, as is Monday morning.

Let us know when you guys are meeting, and we will see what we can do. Would be happy to exchange cell numbers too.

(Yeah, Amy said you sure have planned out a lot for an unplanned trip!)
