Well, Dad turned the TF saga into a learning lesson Jaide decided that night that she was going to have a tea party in bed for quite a few hours after bedtime so he told her that th TF was here and that since she hadn't gone to sleep TF had to leave. So, she did make her appearance last night, but with no extra bells or whistles since it was her second attempt to catch Jaide finally asleep!!!!

Good for Dad! Too funny!

I have just spent ages scrolling through past pages to find the post I wanted. There was a lady on our cruise who had brain tumours, and I have been thinking about her and didn't want her to be lost in all our postings, but I couldn't remember her username. Well I have found the post, the lady is Tina, tlb2864. I think we should still be praying for her.

Well, all, I'm in th hospital and have been told that I have 3 small tumors in my brain. They believe they are mastastisized from another part of the body. I've been though two ct scans and 1 mri. and they still can't find where it might have come from. Tomorrow I will be going in for surgury to remove 2 of the tumors in the cerabellam. Then both the area of removale and the other tumor higher in the head will be treated with radiation. and then kemo. In the meantime they hope to find out from biopsying the two they remove where in the body it came from.

This is going to be a very long journey and me and my family will need all the strength we can get. Prays please.

This cruise is what will keep me going/

Thanks for all the comments on the girls...they sure were excited to get back to school and ride the bus for the first time! (I had driven Jaide for her first 4 years since I opted her into another district...the main reason we bought this house was because it would put them in the district I wanted them in). Of course, the thrill of the bus is gone and they want me to drive them again so they can sleep in!

So, I just realized that tomorrow will be the first Friday in 9 years without some type of companion. Since I had Jaide, I started working 4 days a week so I could be a full time mom on Fridays and we would always try and do fun things on that day. With Taylor in full time K, now I won't have any kids on Fridays. Scott thinks I should start working more full time now Not sure what he has been drinking recently I will probably head to the school to volunteer since I will be lost! Or, I could hit the mall without kids, hmmm, there is an idea.......

We are back into the thick of things with school and scouts already. Tonight is back to school at Wilson's school already. Not much to learn about since we've done this before with Molly, but we have to go to show our support.

I don't have anything right now, but when they announce the '09 plans, I might have to book something right away and then hope to rebook onboard to get that discount!!!
