Okay you guys! Time to make your reservations before they fill up! I just booked three rooms at CSI & S in Port Canaveral! Got the AAA rate of $103.50 (credit card guarantee--24 hr cancellation). Plus the free breakfast, so we can eat as much or as little as we want. I don't want to eat too much before I start gorging on the ship!

I'm going to reserve a van from Budget once the dates open up. DH can drop us off in the morning at the terminal and take the shuttle back (since he's the experienced one with this).

We're saving money not staying at the Hyatt now. And we'll have a chance to pick up stuff we may have forgotten, like water.

Yes I thought our experience was quite bizarre.

We weren't sure why our dinner rate went down - but please extend our thanks to your DH - and sorry we didn't get a chance to visit - you guys looked like you were having a great time down in the middle of the table - everytime I looked down you all were laughing!

Those were good photos! I'm glad we had time too, cuz once we got seated - we didn't get another chance to visit. I kept thinking - Where do I know her from???? Your son even looked familiar to me. I guess that happens - from time to time doesn't it? Are you planning on going to the wine meet? It will be great to see you again, and visit more! Thanks so much for sharing the photos! Neither sis or myself brought a camera!

I'm hoping I can get to the wine meet! I have to figure out what to do with the kids, though, because I would really like my DH to come. My parents would also enjoy it--but they're my childcare for these kind of events!

I think I have one of those faces. About 12 years ago, I was frequently stopped and called Dr. ______ (forget the name)--some doctor here in San Diego. I've also been told I look like Michael J Fox's little sister on Family Ties (again 20 years ago); then for a while I looked like the woman on Grace Under Fire; and most recently (though I don't know why, because she's so much thinner than me), I've been told I look like that blond woman on Desperate Housewives (don't watch that show, so I don't know her name...).

I googled and then goggled! I never knew about that. They are cycling in a few cities here too. It did look a little uncomfortable I must say!

It was great. We were probably laughing because LiserAnn's DH is a riot. Everyone will love him. They both are great and I just wanted to kiss her adorable boys. Actually every one's kids are so cute. I was laughing on the way there because my DH kept asking me what are we doing and who are these people. I said I don't know who they are we will find out together. He ended up talking more than me.

I think I might go with that then. I wanted to do Comfort Suites but I think the rate is going to be higher. That is a good price. Sorry I should have multi quoted the last three but I kind of found them at different times.

Those of you planning on staying on a few days at DL after the cruise, where are you hoping to stay?

If we stay, we'll be staying at Hotel In-Laws in Anaheim. I'm sure Nana and Papa will want to hear all about the cruise.

Oh I forgot to tell you guys where my lucky spoiled child gets to go this summer. She is going soccer camp for a week at Pepperdine University which is Malibu. For those that don't know it is overlooking the Pacific Ocean. I wish they had this stuff when I was a kid.

It's very handy, unfortunately DH had an annual pass for years in High School (Katella High) and so when I finally came along, he was overdosed on DL. It's taken me 18 years to finally let him get us APs for the family.

Oh I forgot to tell you guys where my lucky spoiled child gets to go this summer. She is going soccer camp for a week at Pepperdine University which is Malibu. For those that don't know it is overlooking the Pacific Ocean. I wish they had this stuff when I was a kid.

Ok, I realize I am here all by myself....bring in Karen's song here....but I am so sad looking at my sig line Before it was Ok, since I had this past trip planned and looking forward to, but now nothing....I think I need to come up with a trip excuse between now and next May. I am thinking about the first week in December since I love that time at WDW. The problem is, convincing DH.....any suggestions?!
