I think it was in Entertainment Weekly about the 5 seasons. I also saw that Libby would be back in flashbacks as we still don't know her story about the mental hospital with Hurley and giving Desmond the boat.

Next week looks good!

I have a feeling next year we will be on the cruise ship for the season 4 finale. At least since it is on ABC we should be able to see it onboard!

That's all DH needs to hear....sorry honey, no plans to do something now, I have to watch TV. DH hates network television. He only watches movies and the Discovery channel. He will NOT understand sitting in front of a TV on the cruise. Thank Goodness for TIVO!

Desmond, yes, that's his name....I couldn't remember. Did the article say anything about the guys in the igloo type tent calling his girlfriend after the hatch explosion?

like the tink in pink...

frogs can be princes in hiding in bars too...met mine there (yup) we had both been drinking...he told me the next day when he picked me up for dinner "I thought you were blonder" still says that to me 15 years later...

tomorrow is my big 43. Whoppie! Facial planned so far, maybe a pedi too, we'll see how the day goes.

Nite all,

Nan

Nan:

Happy Birthday Nan!! Have a lovely facial. Coupled with a mani/pedi, sounds like a wonderful day!!

Noel

OK, pink wings may be a problem...but you can get white angel wings and dye them. I think I have a pair somewhere in a halloween box if you want me to look for them and send them, let me know.

Sassy Bubbles, don't forget your other mascot....you have Champagne Cork and tina/tlb2864. We still need a persona for her. Maybe she can do the bubbles???

Deb, you're a powerhouse! No grass grows under this girl's feet!:thumbsup2 I think I might have a pair of wings in one of my costume boxes somewhere. If not, I'm sure I can obtain a pair (maybe after-Halloween 1/2 price sale '07). Now all that's left is the Tink dress. It'll be tight, I hate working under such a deadline, but I can hopefully figure something out in the next 13 months!:rotfl:

As far as a persona for mascot #2, I bet the fertile minds of this creative group will come up with something good! What say ye????

Happiest Birthday Ever, Nan....enjoy and pamper!!!:flower3:

I haven't heard anything about the igloo guys. I picture a big group of us watching it on the jumbotron! (I'm a tv junkie so this sounds like a great time to me.)

Did DH watch Planet Earth on Discovery HD last Sunday? Amazing footage!

I would love to be right there with you. I too am a TV junkie...guess I'll just have to send DH to the spa again.

I'm not really sure, but I think so. He may have recorded it. Two TVs in different rooms...we don't agree on television watching. Totally different tastes. Other things that matter more, we are alike. But, television, complete opposites.:rolleyes1

Thank you, PJ, for the great logo. It looks just like me!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :lmao: :lmao:

Lisa, (LisaG520) did you get my PM about dinner the night before the cruise??? If not, I can resend.

Thanks, everyone, for sharing your WDW info. I definitely want to go there, hopefully in the not too distant future. It sounds like that in order to do it, especially as a first-timer, you need a week (or at least 5-6 days). Something to add to my "to do" list.

Speaking of WDW, did John check in today (Thurs.)? I've enjoyed reading his daily reports.

And speaking of reports, I've enjoyed your pictures and reports, gouodux. Thanks!

Well, back to eBay...:goodvibes

Basically, four days for four parks...don't expect to do an entire park in one day...just have to pick out some top favorites and do them. Then you have Downtown Disney, two water parks, Pleasure Island, Disney Quest, Cirque de Solet, mini golf, parades, fireworks, character meals, etc....you need to pace yourself, have a lot of time and go back often....know that you CANNOT get it ALL done in one trip and just prioritize.:wizard:

Good Luck on ebay....I love it too, but I find it has changed over the years as it has gotten bigger....a little more shadier and you have to be more careful, both buying and selling....just my experience.:hippie:

Good for you ... keeping up with the gym four times a week!!! I'm glad to see that you're still motivated and have not given up.

OK, I get it about the Cindy blind date thing...you needed time to tell he was not Mr. Right anything....I could see, as the night went on he went wrong.

So sorry to hear about the Alejandro thing. WHY do they have wives and still want to call you??? I'll NEVER understand that. If you want to play the field, stay single. If you want to be married, stay committed.

Anyway, yes, you still do have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince. I remember going out on a LOT LOT LOT of first dates. I got so good at it, I knew within the first drink what kind of a "friend" category each guy was going to fall into. I spent 13 years single before meeting DH and then knew within the first 15 minutes that this one was going to be interesting and fun. I knew within the first date that he would be in my life forever. He asked me to marry him two weeks after meeting him and we were married five months to the exact day of our first date. Here we are celebrating 18 years since that first date on this cruise.

SOOOOOooooooo Kiss More Frogs!

Great story, Deb!!:listen:

I too kissed many, many, many, many, many, many, (did I say many?) frogs!!!:jumping2:

Was 34 when we got married, and we had know each other just about a year. I also was smitten when I first saw him, and as I told Holly, I WASN'T LOOKING!!! Had just bought my own condo and was A-OK with the single life.:thumbsup2

We're hitting 13 years this year!! Wouldn't trade it!!

Happy Birthday Nan!!!:bday: party: :bday:

You should definitely have champagne today!!:drinking1

Hope it is a wonderful birthday!:hippie:

Yes, getting better. Still finding that I don't have alot of energy, and I didn't sleep well at all last night.:sad2:
Karen-feel better soon....it really stinks to have it linger when you want to be back to your usual self! Sending pixie dust your way! :wizard:

I said to my husband when it ended - so what was the point of that. Didn't give us any info but I think -- Spoiler Space all the peolpe they connected with earlier are dead (shannon, boone, teacher, Ethan)
Which was kind of interesting but still told us nothing about anything!
Interesting note in the spoiler space, I didn't put that connection together!

I have to believe that they're doing it for a reason and that later we'll find out. They're usually all connected in some way or another.:goodvibes popcorn::
I'm sure they are doing it for a reason but they're giving us sooooo much info that it's hard to remember everything and who has time to rewatch two years of lost. What I found interesting about this past episode and how they referred back to what happened 90 days ago (and then it was 45 days, etc)...so it's only been 3 months but to the viewers we've had to put up with 2 years worth of episodes!!!

I still love it, no matter how many questions they throw at us. Where did you hear only five seasons? I hope not. If that's all they do, they better start answering some of these diversions that they take us down each week. Remember Libby in the mental institution with Hurley. She also gave the sailboat to the guy in the hatch. What's that all about? Never picked up that storyline again either.

Still, it's an excellent show. I love it.
I still love it too, I'm just growing wary of all the information they're dishing out without any nuggest of explanation...and this last episode was just weird to me. Who knows what they have up their sleeve! :confused3

Oh goodness, didn't even think about that...thank goodness for TIVO!!!!

Or thank goodness for the Jumbotron!!!!

Planet Earth is amazing. I've never seen footage like that before!!!

PJ-wonderful job, just LOVE IT!!!!

Happy Birthday! August is my 42nd....where does the time go?

Well, I'm off to bed early tonight...I'm tired! Have a great evening ladies (and any gents out there).

Exactly!!! That's so nice to hear Karen....I hope it helps Holly. I had set up my life on an individual path and I could stay there and be happy without ever changing. BOOM!!! That's when we met. I was 33 when we met and married.

Holly, How old are you??? How long have you been single???

PS..Karen, our first date was a wine tasting in Southampton, NY, Long Island (where we're both originally from)....can you see why I fell in love....it was April 29th...mid spring...Southampton, East End of Long Island. I lived in a cottage on Shelter Island and worked as a Classified Manager at the Sag Harbor Express...our date was on Sunday and on Monday night....a late night for me putting the paper to bed...I got home and found Johnquills on my front porch...and it hasn't stopped since!
