AJ looks good for a 16 year old cat. His eyes must look amazing just they way you described them.

When he just sits on the floor, it sounds like senility setting in...I have a 16 year old turtle that has started acting strange lately. I think it's old age.

....it reminds me of Holly's boss!!....:lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl:

Oh yeah, I got a good dose of his senility today! :headache: :sad2:

I hope Holly's boss never figures out how to get into Holly's computer. :rotfl: Holly make sure you shut it down every night.:lmao:
Don't worry....he can barely check his e-mail. I usually have to do that and just print it out for him to read and he writes replies and then I type them and e-mail them for him. :sad2: No way would he even be able to figure out how to get to any websites! I don't think he would even know how to log on to another computer.

Aurora!! Your ironing lady is named Aurora??!! Oh, DD would be be in heaven! (Pink heaven, though, sorry Thea!) And, I'll make a note: no McDonald's for Estrella! (You mean, she's never had a Happy Meal toy??)

Carolyn

:lmao: :rotfl: ;) {make it blue} :rolleyes1

We have a ton of Happy Meal toys we could get rid of (I mean bring to the ship) Mekayla went through a "McDonald's boycott" it lasted about two months. SHe saw super size me, and decided she was "done" with McDonald's. I had to break it to her that Wendy's and Burger King weren't much better...

Since the Aurora thing was brought up again...I was watching Cinderella 3 with DD's on Friday night. In the previews there is a new Princess series coming to DVD with the "first ever" new Aurora segment. In it, she wore a dress that was pink on top and blue on the bottom. I giggled to myself thinking that was one way to solve the "better in pink or blue" issue! :rotfl2:

When we went to Disney World in September 2006 at the Cinderellabration show Aurora was in a Lavender dress, not quite pink, but not quite blue, it was to die for! For New Year's this year at Disney Land their Aurora was in a purple-ish bodice with pinkish blueish skirt. I think marketing is trying to please everyone. I'll take purpleish lavender over blue or pink! :3dglasses

what movie did Dumbiledore (butchered spelling) die in?

do any of you dress up for theme nights? (80's, 70's, etc)......I think I would like to this trip...mainly because I found some men's platform leopard print shoes on Ebay and I'd love to see if I could actually get DH to wear them. He's fine with the pirate costume...

also, anyone know what kind of other theme nights they have?

Hey Gang, we have 97 posts to go, we have to keep it away from "Captain you know Who".....pirate:

:rolleyes1

Thank you so much for this info! I've always been afraid to get a massage because of my fibromyalgia. I've got all 18 pressure points. I call them my F-spots because if you poke me there I say the F word*! Yup, that's how it feels and that's what you say!

*Normally I never use swear words ... except when I'm watching the Vikings. For me it's Giants!

I've got about 16 out of 18 pressure points. But worse, is that everywhere on both legs feels like the F-spots if touched. I had an ultrasound done on my legs and screamed bloody murder. It felt like she was using a knife. My upper body and arms are the same, but to a much lesser degree. I'm way to scared to try a massage. The last one I remember having was extremely painful at that was at the onset of all my illnesses. I can't see paying good money to get hurt. :confused3

What happened?
Oh, he's just trying to get back on track after being off 3 days last week. Just very disoriented. Got mad at me for not doing things that he thought I did a couple of months ago, but he had actually told me not to do those particular items and doesn't remember telling me not to. :headache: I try to write detailed notes about this type of occurrence to document everything because otherwise, when my review comes up, he says I'm very forgetful and it reflects on my raise (or lack of raise). It's just very frustrating because nobody would dare say he's the forgetful one because he's the senior partner of the firm and gets his way all the time, no matter what. Whenever somebody dares to cross him, his famous line is, "It's best to remember whose name comes first on the sign outside our door." Although I joke about him, he's a very difficult guy to work for.

:cutie: :grouphug:

I'll have to brush up on my 'proper English' then!!!!:rotfl:

UKangel can do the southern accent and I can do the Yorkshire accent!!

:rotfl:

And I'll bring the laughter! :rotfl: Just sent my pm to be added. :goodvibes

You'll certainly be laughing if I try and teach you English!!!;) :rotfl:

I am not as posh spoken as the folk in those sitcoms!!:rotfl:

Ditto Maz! ;)

Double the pleasure...Double the fun!! I wouldn't miss this event for anything. I wonder how I'll be talking when I leave...!?! :lmao:

:rotfl2:

I find it curious that the accents are differentiated by direction and proper name. So different. Is Yorkshire a town or an area including many towns?

Well, I said 'southern' for Angel as I know she comes from the south end of London, which has a very strong accent, but now lives in Berkshire(a county), some miles away. They would be different accents and I am not sure which way she will speak.

:lmao: :rolleyes1 No Berkshire accent here Maz, I've only lived here a couple of years......pure 'Essex Girl' accent for me!;) :thumbsup2

:offtopic: I just reserved my copy of the next (final :sad1: ) Harry Potter book. I got to choose one of two stickers: "Trust Snape" or "Snape is a very bad man." I chose "Trust Snape." Where do the rest of the Harry Potter fans stand on the Snape issue? Inquiring minds want to know.

Evil Snape......popcorn:: Definately a very bad man.....

Wow, I sound so serious!!! I am not at all in to politics. Now shopping, that is another thing entirely!:cheer2:

mmmm shopping.......I think you described our sytem brilliantly Maz, I have no interest or knowledge of anything other than books and shopping....:rolleyes1 ;)

what movie did Dumbiledore (butchered spelling) die in?

He's still alive and well in the movies. He dies in the 6th book. The movie coming out this summer is Order of the Phoenix, 5th book. I was crying when Sirius Black died too, mainly because everyone Harry loves dies. Then they take away Dumbledore? How much more can Harry take? How much more can I get wrapped up in imaginary characters? I'm hopeless.:rotfl:

DH said "OK" for dressing up....so now I am watching the platforms and the afro's on Ebay.....guess I will need something for me....what is 70's style for the gals? Bell bottoms....and platforms? The 60's were the bra burning years right?

That's a case of senility....but you're doing the right thing by documenting and making a joke of everything. If you don't laugh about it you would lose your mind. So just chalk it up and have a good laugh.

My best friend had lost 2 husbands already while she was still in her 30's. While sitting and mourning with her, all her closest friends and relatives, we asked her if it was ok to start calling her the black widow. We laughed so hard. She did too. When she met her third husband, we told her to take out a lot of life insurance on him. The joke continues today even though she's been with her third husband for about 15 years now.

It makes a really bad situation bearable.
:rotfl:

I think I figured out where Linda (Seaulater) is. She has no less than 4cruises before the repo. I guess she's busy planning her other cruises. Lucky lady.

:lmao: Oh, Vanessa! Now if I could just figure out how to sew up a leisure suit we would be in business!! :lmao:
