I have been having headaches lately and the stress of not being able to move our shop and paying two FAT leases is probably adding to our stress. It's really been a financial nightmare for us the past couple of weeks and it's really gotten bad the last week.

Keep sending positive thoughts and pixiedust our way...

Oh, and if anyone has an extra twenty thousand just sitting around that they want to invest...

hello everyone...Grey's Anantomy tonight! Yippeeeee!! Got the wine chilling!

Just printed out the brackets for DH and I ~ a little late I know. Our game is late tomorrow. Bummer, hope we do well. DH is off to his game and I am going to take the girls outside and run them around a bit...maybe they will get worn out. It is gorgeous out....!!

Wow, the Walt Suite will be great!

We'll come home Sunday the 9th. I think we'll be arriving Sat the 1st...kind of depends on the time share and weather or not we end up renting DVC (which would mean a Sunday 12/2 arrival due to the expense of Sat points). All still kind of in flux right now.

By The Way: If anybody is looking for a 'tide me over' cruise, we have a group block of rooms for the 12/6/07 3 day with Barb (incognito) and we still have rooms to fill! (Especially if Peg and I have to give ours up and be forced to share the Walt )

We are at in Orlando from 25th Nov to 10th Dec. We should be at POFQ till 2nd Nov. At the moment we are planning going off site for 4 days or so, then ending up at Universal for the last 3 or 4 nights. However, I am hoping to book a 4 night cruise from 2nd Dec!

As far as I know, Mrs Mork should be there from the 6th or 7th.

It was packed. We did flubber, painted those animation cels, played games, had to wipe our hands with antibacterial cloths when we entered. The whole 9 yards. They treated us just like the kids. It was great!

I hope we get to do this! What fun!

what down time? We never spent a minute (okay maybe one) in the cabin on our last cruise.

Not that I take a long time to get ready BUUUUUUUUT...there was this "Mom, can we go yet?" while I was getting ready for dinner. Mark and the boys were ready in 5 minutes and then staring at me!!!! So, I figure that will be the homework time. Of course we'll see how that works out in practicality.........

Thanks, Lisa! I appreciate the encouragement. DS spent one 45 minute slot in the older kids' group (some trivia quiz) that he enjoyed, but wasn't ecstatic over. DD and I went to two activities for her age level and there were 60-80 (I COUNTED!) kids there. She danced. Did a lame craft. Left. Both are REALLY good with other kids. DS always gravitates toward older (boys and girls: equal opportunity! He's 8 and his partner in a computer tech class is a 14 year old girl!) and DD is just a happy, sweet thing. Clubs just didn't work last time, ya know? I would love to set up a casual play time, just to get some, "Hey, I know you!" face time in!

After we have the DIS Meet in May, we should set something up, that would be good for the kids, just to have a face to recognize!

I meant to tell you, you were looking for places for DS to have his birthday party. Have you ever heard of Alakazoom? It's an indoor play place unlike any other we've been to (it's not a chain). They do all sorts of activities and art. They do parties there also. Their website is www.alakazoom.com and they're on Ynez and Winchester. The were on Murrieta Hot Springs but moved locations and are closed until summer to set up. Anyway, your DS might like that?! There's also a water park opening up on Ynez built by the people who own the one in Irvine, Raging Waters, I think. It was supposed to be open in May but it appears to be delayed. Temecula's having an issue about how much traffic that already busy area will be slammed with.

I may have to leave the country very quickly when Dh gets home tonight!

He suggested (so his fault right?) that I visit the special Spring Sale at a dept store in town today to see if any of the dresses I liked were on sale.......oh dear! BIG mistake!

1 2-piece bathing costume
1 silk wrap
1 skirt........

oops!!! (no shoes tho!) made myself stop there......

I went on a 10 hour shopping marathon yesterday, but didn't make out so well I did buy a pant suit, a few new tops and a little black dress, nothing fancy but thought it would be great for this cruise, but my main objective for this shopping trip was to find a dress for my daughter's wedding in May. I failed miserably I only have 2 months left, what am I going to do??? I do have wonderful friends who have now offered to take me out of town to look ("now" being after I showed up for work today looking frazzled and stressed and panicked LOL) . I only get one day off work a week so that means only 8 more shopping days! I know every bride has at least one horror story from their special day...but I'm really hoping my daughter's story isn't about how her mother showed up for her wedding in her great "cruisewear" !

How about we also include the grade the kids are in school? Sometimes I find that having someone in the same class/grade is in itself a connection for my kids in making friends. Also, we could have some that are on the young or old end of their age (i.e. Molly will be 11 ATOC, but her bday is 2 months later, so more like a 12 year old than 11 year old) okay majorally OCD mom comment there huh?

If you guys like the grade idea let Lisa/Noel know we can add it to the blessed spreadsheet. (I really do love spreadsheets can ya tell?)
