Au contrair, it's my debt or thank you to you for bringing me those delicious and lovely candies that went very quickly I'll have you know....when we first met. Besides, the shirt was less than the price of a DOD.....thanks to PJ for finding a GREAT site to buy them at. So consider this "debt" paid in full and then some!

I will see you at the terminal if you get there early, if not, then I will see you in the lifeboat and give you your tee shirt.

Hi Joseph, it seems John answered the website question, but as far as getting a room assignment, it seems there's no way of knowing when that will happen. I was GTY, and NOT paid in full (have only paid my deposit), but was assigned a room fairly early. Others have paid in full but have no room assignment yet. No way to know.I think some people mentioned planning on prepaying tips, but I haven't decided yet. I'd like to, just so that's one less thing to worry about at the end of the cruise.

Thanks for the answer, I guess I will not worry about it at this time.

well - I got the maxed out merit! It's well above budget, which we rarely do. So I am thrilled! (not so much I will really see a difference in my paycheck though)

Oh I totally understand - though I'm the whiner when it gets too hot. We only spent 20 minutes on shore in Grand Cayman and I had enough.

Imagine how much fun I was when I worked in the Mojave Desert for 18 months. My happiest day was the day it snowed!

It's really hard on people who aren't used to the heat. We can stay all day....and the girls are usually fine in their swimsuits. Both have fallen asleep on the loungers though.

If you are by a beach there usually is a breeze....also, keep a wet washcloth around your neck - it will help keep you cool. The beers on the other hand, warm you up!

That's great Joseph-hopefully you guys can come! We're doing the April one also...our boys can meet (if I'm not mistaken they're about the same age...Ryan is 9, 10 in June).

We're having a Winter Storm here in San Diego today (they are totally calling it that on the news) Temps in the low 50s and it's raining. So it is a good day to stay in and Dis. though I'm starting to feel like I should go do or something.

It's not raining here (we are about 75 min. away from each other), but it's cold and gloomy and our heat keeps kicking on! I'll post the Dismeet regularly.

How many are staying at WDW the night before? We should do a meet and greet party there too. We're at OKW, anyone else?

Santa Clarita is wet today. We (myself, wife and son) will be staying at Port Orleans before the cruise. Don't know what are plans are there yet. Son wants to hit certain rides he was too short for two years ago.

Thanks Marilyn! I actually feel fine now, my body is just feeling strange. All the up and down in church just made me moan. It's not like I hurt, but my body feels like I spent a whole day at the gym. I've never had that feeling before and it's very strange, but other than that I feel fine. I probably just need a new mattress.

So, a bit of change in plans because Tyler fell asleep in the car on the way home this morning. He was out before 11:30, and I managed to get him to walk into the house and climb up into bed. Poor kid is wiped out.

I'm sure you just luv all of us butting in with opinions regarding Tyler (so feel free to ignore absolutely everything that follows ) BUT...Have you mentioned how tired Tyler is to his Dr.? I'm sure you probably already have. I've read that some ADHD is caused by sleep problems (apnea, etc.). The poor kids are just so darned tired and their brains are trying to keep them alert & focused and just go into overdrive. Just a thought (Again, please feel free to ignore unsolicited advice ).

Last year we had Boyz to Men (a really great show, I was very surprised), Ducky Williams (love, love, love him), Joey Fatone and his dance partner (fun.)

Mrs. Woody enjoyed watching Boyz II Men on the first PC cruise. Ducky Williams is always a favorite.

On the Eastbound PC, Susan Egan put on a fantastic show.

Roy and Edna Disney were onboard and were introduced before one of the stage shows. Are they still together?

We went to the May 2007 DISmeet at Storytellers and met some very nice fellow cruisers. Hope to see some of them again before we sail.

We will be in Las Vegas from March 14 to 21, so we cannot attend the one in March. (If anyone also will be in L.V. during that time, we could have a mini DISmeet in Las Vegas.)

We hope to go to the April 19 DISmeet, and will know for certain later today.

13 Geeks will be at SSR the night before. We will get there early in the day, but no parks for us. Our AP's expire in March, and not going to renew at this time. We are going to chill at SSR and wait for the crew to arrive.

You guys in California probably think us folks in Ohio milk our cows every morning before we leave for work.

The truth is that there are a lot of people like that in Ohio too. Amy was telling me about two women in her department (both married) who got in a fight because they found out they were both secretly dating the same "other" man!

I was born and raised in Ohio. Lived in California for 30+ years and then returned to Ohio and the only milking I ever did was while I lived in California.
Had milk goats for several years and they require your attention twice a day. They also have cows in California too.

When we cruised with Karen and Ted in November, it was the first time she had any problems shipping wine to the ship.

Since we are at SSR, and there are others at WDW perhaps at various resorts, a meet the day or evening before might be best arranged at DTD. Since not everyone will have a car, you can always hop a bus from the resort to DTD and back.

If others are going to the parks, maybe you want to hook up at MK or another one of the parks?
