Hi everybody, I have not bee on this site for a while. Frank took very ill again and we had to rush him back to the hospital.

Anyway, needless to say, it has been way too busy here. I just figured out I am 65 pages behind

Lisa, for you. So sorry to hear about Frank's condition. I can't imagine what you are going through.

Thank you.....need to add that into my budget now. Is that a per person fee? You can't share a pass, can you?

Not offended at all! It's refreshing to hear someone that enjoys spending time with their mother.

Thanks my mom means a lot to me she is only 52 and so far has had a spinal fusion a spinal lamenectomy (sp??) and a knee replacement and still has bi-monthly injections for her sacro joint. So traveling will just get more difficult and having lost 2 grandparents and a lot of family in 2 years we just need this cruise to get away and enjoy life while we can!

Hard part will be breaking the news to my father who isn't going and hasn't a clue that we are yet! Not the most understanding about vacations and the fact that my mom needs a break from work both outside and inside their home!

So I'm sure you will all hear him when we tell him!

You can book one brunch, one dinner and one tea prior to cruise. You can add more IF they are available onboard.

Sounded like what was posted that If i were booked on my own and then they booked the group palo reservations that my reservations would be canceled.

am I wrong in reading it that way?

You go ahead and get your ressies. If we get the group ressies then DCL will ask for a list of everybody coming and then you have to cancel one or DCL does it for you.

In Dec we each made our own brunch ressies at the 90 day mark, just incase the group room did not come thru. We will not know until 28-30 days prior to the cruise. Then when the group ressie did come thru, the DCL dining manager canceled all of our individual ressies. You have to send the names of all the participants when you send the fax. Minimum of 12, max 14.

So, yes, even if you are on the list (and it is long, there are many) you should still make your separate ressies if you want to be sure to go. They will be canceled for you later since you can only have one ressie made prior to sailing.

Thanks for the info! I actually forgot I was on the list till I was going through all my PM's and found where Noel added me to the list back in Feb. - so do not know how far down the list I am but I hope I get in - in December you all looked like you were having a great time together!

Ok I have a question - when we get to LA it will be Memorial Day weekend - is anyone concerned about the parks being really crowded at DisneyLand? This has me worried as I am used to going to DW at low peak times so would not know how to handle BIG crowds Any advice?

My family and I will be going on the repo w/ all of you this May. I'm so excited....We actually were on the 1st Westbound repo in 05 so I know this one is going to be alot of fun. My family consists of myself(30)DH Todd (32) DS Jacob(8 B-day on 5/15) and DD Alyssa(5). Do you guys have any group excursions planned?

And yes I think it's going to be crowded at DL. We are going to just hang out at the pool and maybe hit a parade on Sun. Monday we will just take it all in hitting rides or shows when we can. And then we have Tues. and Weds. when the hard core action will happen(I'm hoping that it's cleared out by then).

By the way....hello everybody! Had to do some running around after Tyler left this evening, and am now plunked down at the public library using their wireless internet. My poor laptop hasn't been used in so long, it's probably in shock!

Tyler came home from school with 9 complete sets of teeth (bitemarks) on his forearm yesterday. He did it to himself. The teachers were quite freaked out, as I am. He bit so hard, the toothmarks were quite deep. I mentioned a few episodes to the psychologist last week about him trying to hurt himself in the past, but this is the most severe. His dad has never seen him do anything to himself, so doesn't believe me, but at least now the teachers can back me up if necessary that it's really happening. Poor kid.....I just can't imagine that 1 hour a week of counseling will help him. I hope she'll decide to see him more times a week. The bite marks yesterday just about broke my heart (not to mention scared me).

I probably shouldn't say all this stuff here because I'm afraid you will all think he's a freak, but I just need to vent sometimes.

Oh, Holly, this all brings back memories (some of them very recent) I think I mentioned going through some of these same kinds of things with our oldest, who is now 10. Ever since he was a baby, he was always high-strung. Although he does have tendencies toward ADHD and OCD, his problem is mostly anxiety. He had a couple of really tough years trying to "get himself together" and feeling really down on himself. Then this year he has had such a turnaround. Everything isn't perfect by any means, but he is tons happier and calmer. I know I'm rambling, but I just wanted to let you know that we've all been thru things with our kids to varying degrees and we would never think Tyler is a freak. I think I will see a lot of my own DS in him when I finally get a chance to meet him. You're doing great.

We got him to the emergency room at the Rehab center and then we were going to transfer him back to the same hospital by ambulence. Well, there was no room at the hospital and they told us we had a 36 - 48 hour wait

Well we opted for a different hospital and by the time we got him there it was 1am .....12 hours after he took sick.

No one can tell us where all that blood came from....he needed to get 4 pints transfused into him.

Anyway, needless to say, it has been way too busy here. I just figured out I am 65 pages behind

An option is for folks to send you the $$ right away, but we could get the laynards at the terminal and at the DIS meet.

How horrible! Poor Frank...and you & your family as well, for having to go through this too. I hope the docs have things under control and that Frank improves quickly. He must be frustrated and exhausted too from his body going through so many ups and downs.

Whatever happened to the Tag Fairy?

I don't know the answer to this, but I swear she was on my Med cruise with us. EVERYONE....(except me) got 4 or 5 tags....it was so funny!!

I heard she was hanging around the Eastbound for a while....I guess we are not fun enough for her yet!!
