Okay, I am getting scared again. Once I plan all the getting there and getting home..I have to figure out what to do at each port. Is there a beach or a pool at this resort?

I think I just want to go the beach at each place....is that possible? Shoudl I do it on my own or do it though Disney?

I do want to do the Sea Lions.....

I am freaking out about excursions now...well, trying not to but want everything nailed down.
The Krystal has a pool as well as it's on the beach. There is no day pass anymore and they have food and drink, etc.
My issues is most all of Disney's excursions are for 5 and up that include water! So for the most part I have to find everything on my own as I don't want to leave Haley. This is very close to the port as well.

Us too! We LOVE it!

We bring our Mickey gloves to wave at the CM's at the terminal as we pull away. I love waiting until we clear the channel and head out into the open ocean. Just thinking about it gives me chills!

There's a Sail Away Party?

If you decide on this, maybe Daniel and I will team up with you....I think I just want to go to the beach and chill

Just dawned on me after reading a few other threads that the Magic hasn't undergone the same changes as the Wonder.

So what does the Magic have for "pool" amenities for those children that are not potty trained or need to wear swim idapers? I know the Wonder had the splash zone, but I thought that was a recent modification that the Magic hasn't undergone yet.
I'm hoping our little one is potty trained so he can go swimming...the ear works ok, but it is small. The Magic doesn't have the splash zone. I usually bring some beach toys in the ear and that helps keep them occupied.

I think we will go to a hotel on the beach at the ports...with the 4 different ages, it is hard to find excursions that work well for all of them. They all love the beach and pool though. I am looking at the Westins at the various ports - that way I can get hotel points too. Lisa

The Westin on PV has a day price, and half price for kids under 12.....It's $15 I think.

Yes, This is exactly what I want to do. Go to a nice beach with a resort. (except for the sea lions....I really want to swim with the sea lions). It would be so much fun with 4 little boys!! Let me know what you decide!!

BEACH EXCURSIONS ?

In Cabo...which looks better Nikki Beach or the one at Finisterra resort???

.

........
One thing I need to know is where does one get a bedazzler for the decorating of one's undergarments? or do we have to send them with Bobby on his tour of the world to have bedazzled by everyone else?

The Bedazzler did not come to Indy with Bobby. I think Sophia kept it in Cleveland and it never went with Bobby in the first place. I wish he had brought it--I could have jazzed a few items before packing it with his things and making his travel arrangements to Holly.

Deb, you are going to be busy for the next couple of months taking people off and putting new ones on!

I just don't know how we're going to know about all of the ones that cancel unless they tell us. The new ones we can add as they appear on here.

When you pay for a day price, do they also give you a room for the day? They have a AAA rate of $135. It would cost us $60 if we did the day rate price, but I do like having a room to take a quick shower before going back on the boat - especially the kids since they will have sand everywhere!! I checked out the Sheraton in Cabo - that looks nice. The one in PV has two swim-up bars! My kids love swimming up to the bar and asking for a shirley temple!

I can't seem to remember a thing anymore! From your description, sounds like we are doing what Kelly suggested. Guess things come full circle sometimes!
Thanks!

As for as chatting about things we already discussed and agreed, I think we might want to be open for newbies to come aboard and offer their suggestions. We are still 4 months out, and although much of the talk might be old hand for the majority of us, I'd hate for new posters not to feel welcome to offer their thoughts and suggestions. :goodvibes

That's a very good point....you're absolutely right!

I think if they don't respond to our occasional shout out, then we can take them off. What do you think? I would think if they aren't on the boards anymore, even if they are coming they might have decided not to get involved with DIS. I know for my July 2005 cruise, I chatted a bit but never did anything with DISers because I was with a very big group and it would have been a little complicated. I'm looking forward to doing more activities this time - especially Palo's, Bunko, and champagne tasting!! Lisa
