You have to watch it, my 3 boys love to watch Hanna Montana and I do too, Billy Ray Cyrus is her real father and plays her father on the tv show, he is known for the "Achy Breaky Heart" song...and line dance of the 80's....(has it been that long ago??)

This is a bummer.....when I cancelled cable a while back, I ended up still able to get all the basic channels plus TLC and the Food Network. The most important channel was PBS because that's what Tyler watches while eating breakfast every morning before school, and also while I'm getting dinner ready. WELL.....as of last night, I only get ONE CHANNEL (CBS)!!!! I'm hoping it's weather related because we did get a bunch of snow nonstop for a couple days. Very strange. It worked fine yesterday morning during breakfast, but the next time I turned on the TV (when I got home late last night), NOTHING but that one channel.

Making Memories your pictures are great and what a lovely daughter you have.

Well I do ache today but not as much as I thought I would. Coughing is a problem though!!!

Should have been a gym day today too, but I had a facial booked. I have had a huge problem with my face since well before our last trip. I'm sure Monica and Deb would have seen my red blotchy face!!! It has been so sensitive and has had red sore blotches, not nice. Anyway I am having a course of 4 treatment facials and it is slowly improving. Includes 2 great, long, shoulder and head massages too whilst the masks get to work.

Marilyn - hope you feel better.

I personally would go with the facial (and massages) over a work out ANY day of the week

Problem is that I'm not doing anything. My doctor and I think it's just due to hormonal changes going on. So I really shouldn't have that ticker there, since I'm not actually doing the work, but I'm just so excited to finally be losing, I can't help but share! That's not quite accurate though because I recently gained 3 pounds, but I'm too lazy to make a new ticker.....AND it's motivating me to start back up at the gym so I can get those 3 pounds back off AND try to get the other 25 off. I'm just trying to actually make myself go to the gym. I'm hoping to get myself in gear and go tomorrow after work and Saturday, then try to do every Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat from then on.

So....the point of my rambling is that I'm not doing anything, so I have no words of advise for you! Sorry! But there are many, many here who are successfully losing weight the right way and they can share their tips with you, I'm sure. Good luck!

Good thing is that it was a slow weight loss (started losing last February), so it should stay off. At least that's what everybody tells me. Now that it's started, that should be enough motivation for me to make more weight come off.

This is my first post, and just wanted to say that we are coming along on this cruise too! 22 hours to get to Orlando and it will be worth every moment!!

My husband (DH 42) , myself and our 6 year old daughter will be there - Cat 4 - anyone else?

AND we are getting married again (a late 10th anniversary thing) whilst on board!!

AND it will be my 39th birthday on the 3rd last day as well

All in all, a big trip for us

Look forward to meeting with people on board!!

OH my I love all the pictures! I must admit I love seeing everyones pictures of their vacations and pictures of the kids. I need to use all the pictures posted on this thread as a study guide so I might remember some names when I see you all in person! I am sooo bad with names, can I apologize now before I flub it all up in May?

When the show was over I loved Miley singing with her dad

We all sang Happy Birthday to my daughter in our suite and ate cake

She said it was the best night of her whole life. She was so excited and so happy I felt like crying. I have this picture of her framed in my room and when she looks at it she always says it was from "the best day ever" People said I was nuts for taking 20 of us and going all out but really she was so overjoyed I would do it again in a instant.

I lost my firstborn daughter when she was just four. She was here one day and gone the next. So many things I wish we had done together and places we had gone together. Now I do not put off anything I can do today with my kids such as this cruise. Hence my name I am all about Making_Memories.

My only mission in life is to make sure my children will always remember mom was fun, we did big things together mom and I, and she loves me more then anything in the whole world.

I couldn't have said it better myself. How wonderful that you took a tragic experience and turning it into the wonderful lives you're providing your other 2 kids.

Here I am at 38yo and am planning on going to Spain in November of this year w/ my parents cuz my dad always dreamt of taking me there and sharing Spain w/ me. Wow! You are a graet mom! My mom took me to my first concert also. Way back in the 80's! I will ALWAYS remember it.
