I think nearly everyone has been burned on this one, but I also have heard of a couple of travel agents who were successful in accomlishing this for their clients. I don't know how or why, it may have something to do with this size of the company or the way rooms were held/booked in groups, or the superviser they got through to.DCL just really bungled the handling of this one! And we THOUGHT they had been getting better with each repositioning 'go-round'.

I was on the phone from Monday the 29th up to late last week trying to get this worked out. I was misinformed repeatedly, and now have resigned that there is nothing I can do. I could not transfer my on board discount/credit. But I did find out that Cat. 1-3 aren't suppose to get OBC/discount and we did get it for the Roy suite for our last cruise. So I figure DCL and me, we are even. But it sure caused me a lot of frustration until finally, I'm at peace.
