I am doing the same thing. I just can't decide if I want early or late. We had late last time and really liked it. I figure it is easier to get on late than early. I bet the dis people got waitlisted quicker than non-dis.:confused3

Can't decide either. Right now we have early. On our last cruise, which was mexico, we had early and always felt rushed. But then again, that was basically our time zone, so there was no effect on our tummies. Late would put us right at the time we'd eat dinner at home (in our time zone). I think my then 6 year old and 9 year old could hang if it were late, right?

So, when you have late seating, do you go to the shows before dinner?

Yes you go before. My 4 year old was fine and we had 8:30. I liked not being rushed also. If you have already seen the show then they can swim and no one is in the pool.

I guess what amazes me is that they are arguing with Capt Spanxx?? What kind of foolish mortals are these???:lmao: :lmao:

NO pretty panties for them! (Said in the tone of the soup nazi on Seinfeld: "NO soup for you!")

And now...to continue catching up.

Is your reservation still non-refundable? Curious whether that is a loop hole in the system: book a non-refundable deposit suite, transfer to non-suite and then it becomes refundable? Just curious.

They say the original deposit is not, but I have never tried this myself.

Kim

Here are my girls by themselves the first night because I forgot about
the show.

It would be great to be in a suite - we just had the time of our life in the Roy for the Jan. 20 sailing. But just being on this cruise is going to be just great. Is it time to pack yet?????

Calmom, if you are going to keep track, I know of one Cat 3 (but not the cabin #) that is booked by a non-DIS person.

Aunty Brat, for the tatoos I would do it like I did the wristbands last time. I made my own Mickey Logo out of 3 circles so I would not get in trouble and then used the thread name with the date and a ship. You could just do a less graphically pleasing version of the logo for a simple tatoo.

My thoughts only, I am not talented like the artists who designed the logo....

Yep, they may not allow the word Disney or the Mickey image due to copyright infringements. But we've gotten away with using Magic ::yes::

If we get upgraded to cat. 1, I promise to have a party in the Walt. We are in the Walt for the 12/29/07 so at least I get one "taste" of the Walt.

Noel

Wouldn't that be incredible if we both got upgraded and had a Woodside/DIS progressive party from Walt to Roy? :cool1:

At our DIS meet last month, we had about 12 people come visit. I imagine it would be a bit more for this cruise!:dance3:

Good grief! Once again, by the time I'm able to sit down and get caught up here, everybody's gone to bed! Oh well.....better late than never. Besides, I quite often talk to myself.

Got distracted tonight by the season opener of Lost and a hilarious thread on the community board called Weddings from Hell. Too funny! Gee, you'd think I'd have better things to do.....like sleep!

I'm off to search for a DISaholics Anonymous meeting.

I am watching Lost right now. popcorn::

Sorry you're feeling ill. I had to pick up DS6 from school yesterday morning and he has done practically nothing but sleep since then. He's upstairs napping right now. Seems to be just a cold/respiratory thing, but it has completely wiped him out. Try to get some rest.

We all had this throughout the month of January! It really tires you out and can go into the bronchial, so be careful!
