I'd love to stay up and play tonight, but I'm tired all the highlights and beautiful cutting of my hair today wore me out...

See ya tomorrow pals.

So it take a new episode of Crim Minds to shut down the thread, since that is what I am doing as well, lol.

I brought home a couple of bottles of wine from france last year..oh and a couple of bottles of limoncello. No problems with breakage. I wrapped them in my clothes and put my books in front and behind.
We bought limoncello in Rome, and brought it home.

Think of it as we are all spending quality time together watching the same show, just in different locales.

Ughh that is so sad. I hope everything they packed arrives for them soon. That just puts a bad spin on the whole vacation to be missing so many things you counted on having.
They will be at sea for five days before they arrive in Hawaii. British Airways has their itinerary, but still cannot locate their luggage.

Not to be piggy but, can we sign up our kids and not be a gifter to others? I'm just not up for doing the gifting side of this. If it's a quid pro quo that's cool, just asking. Nan

Each child would actually be partnered up with someone else. The idea is that one child would be a Secret Mickey to another child, who in turn would be a Secret Mickey to another child and so on. Therefore, everyone would be enjoying the giving and receiving of gifts and would experience the excitement each day when they return to the cabin to find a card, gift, etc. has been left for them. This doesn't need to be expensive, could be as little as a dollar a day for each day on the cruise. It is simply the fun and magical moments for people giving and receiving gifts each day and to know that someone else on the cruise is thinking of you each day. Hope this clarifies the Secret Mickey event.

Come join the fun. Please PM me if you are interested.

So it would be ~15 gifts to give out and receive per person?

I'm interested in the Secret Mickey...will we deliver to our fish extenders? Does it need to be every day or can we make it every even day or something? Every day for all 4 of mine might be too much... LIsa

Laptop's battery is dying so I guess it's time to say Goodnight Gracie.

It would be ~15 gifts, cards or some form of remembering your pal each day of the cruise. The thing that I will be stressing to everyone is that it doesn't need to be expensive. I am thinking of little gifts or cards worth ~$1 a day and if it is mainly children doing this I don't think that we can expect any more than that. It is the thought and magic of receiving and giving something each day. It may even be something the child has made. Little foam craft ornaments, beaded necklaces, etc. On our Christmas 2006 cruise one family made foam gingerbread character ornaments to put in people's stockings from the Dis board. I know our children loved them and will remember the little girls who gave them to them for many years to come each we will hang them on our Christmas tree each year. Dollarama or any dollar store would have some great gifts. We got a bunch of stuff to give from Dollarama. They had lots of great Disney stuff. Hope this helps and that you and/or your children join in the fun.

OH NO! Some one has to get that!

Isn't it just adorable?? Plus the little girl is so cute...ok this baby bug is getting to me. And the funny thing is the chances of me having a girl is worse odds than winning the lottery! I think I'd have twin boys if I got pregnant again...can you imagine? 6 boys under 10???
