Ughhh . . . the ear piercing.

Sophia is still wearing the original pair she got when they were first pierced. We tried to take them out once so she could wear new ones - after much crying we got them out - but no new ones in. She then wanted them back in that night, but too afraid to do it. We went back and forth for like an hour.

Finally . . . I practically sat on her (yes call child protective services) while Amy put them back in and she carried on. She will probably wear them to her wedding.

I'm not touching those things again!

We're waiting for Molly's 13tth birthday. At that age she can take care of it herself. I'm just not the mom to hand hold over stuff like this at an earlier age.

Lisa, I don't want you or V backing out. We're going to end up doing some kind of a party because that's what everybody wants. I think the easiest thing to do is just buy a bottle of something onboard and bring it to the party. Drink whatever you like and share it if you want. That's it. Forget about an official tasting and just keep it simple and informal. That's what I think.

Well I am willing to bring one or two on board so if there is something specific you were thinking about that they do not sell on board, please let me know. I love brut or natural the best but I would love to bring something you were originally thinking about bringing so we can make it a tasting.

Then three days later one of the earrings went all the way into the hole while she was at school. Lots of blood and I had to push the earring out. Now she won't let us touch her ears. I know they don't hurt she is just afraid. She does clean them and twists them so they are not going to grow into her ears!!

all more reason, I'm sticking to the 13 year old rule

My tivo will be holding a ton of stuff for me to watch, but I won't be tivoing ellen or the view so I have enough space for the nightly shows. I don't want to miss the season finales..then I'll be lost!

So I'm talking to myself again...alrighty, so lets see whats new....

I am starting to feel like I have alot of loose ends to clean up before vacation. I was so ahead of the game 2 months ago..what happened?!?! I just had to sign a permission slip for my dd's 1st overnight field trip at school...right before we leave. Doing that slip reminded me that I have to get the food allergy sheet for my dd filled out by her doctor...and how crazy is it that you have to pay for forms at the doctors office. Plus I have to get a new epi pen for her. Crap..so much to do.

So here's my news: Those that were at the meet on Sunday may remember that I was suffering for several days with what I thought was an ear ache. Well, after several nights of no sleep, I went to the doctor today - it isn't my ear at all. I have TMJ! What the heck?? How does that happen? Well it appears as though I clench my teeth at night, so now I have to get a mouth guard and for the nest week I have to take a muscle relaer at night. So I've taken one, I'm feeling a bit loopy, and I'm going to turn in for the night in about fifteen minutes or so. I hope everyone has a nice evening - this loopy feeling isn't so bad!!!

I've heard that is really painful, take care of yourself and get better, follow the doctors orders (i know not a doctor, but ya get the drift, right?)

Think about it this way, when OUR girls are asking to get their noses pierced your daughter will be asking to get her ears pierced. I wish I would have thought about this when I got my 6 month old ear's pierced. I had to replace them soooooo many times that I just took them out. When she was 5 she insisted so I just tried and they went right in. I would wait now if I could.

I have a red Mickey Mouse rolling cooler that I bought for our last DCL cruise. I know I had 4 bottles of wine in it last time but there was room for more.

WOW, you go girl! I think the highest I ever bowled was a 60! I'm VERY impressed!

I bowled a 16 once, but I was a teenager and had a crush on one of the boys and couldn't keep a straight face and was giggling alot...

Hmmm... I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed that there was 1g of fiber.

I calculate this out to be 71 points for the whole thing.

My daily points target is 28 points, so this would be equal to 2.5 days worth of food for me.

Now I figure I could find some people to split the appetizer with me. I calculate that I would need 24 people to split it with to bring it more in line.

Just eat it slowly... couple of days... we could justify it...

I am really laughing - sorry . . . visions of the parking lot across from the terminal with a van with cases of booze, and DIS'ers in Crocs and pink tiara's lining up to hide a bottle in their carry on . . . What a Mastercard moment that would make!

Actually John... I think I could fit a bottle or two in my bra... think Madonna in the 80's........

OK, my stomach hurts from laughing so hard.....what an image we have created......priceless......yes......and OH SO Funny!!!
