Kelly sounds like fun. I almost bought Enchanted and 101 Dalmations last night but it was at Publix and they were 24.99 a pc and I knew I could get them cheaper elsewhere...I can't wait to see Enchanted!

well I took a DIS break and folded a load of laundry tossed the wet into the dryer and started another load. John is making omelets. Yum!

The girls are in their swimsuits and are anxious to jump in the pool.

Laundry! That reminded me I have a load in the dryer. Need to wash another load too.

I wanna jump in your pool too! What a great way to spend Easter!

V....my girls sound like they are right there with yours....eating so much candy already today. All they really care about it finding the eggs....Scott or I have rehidden them at least 3x already today!

The weather here is rainy (what else is new) so our hike is not going to happen. We have a mellow day planned with my mom coming over for dinner later today....and that is all.

Enchanted is a great movie! I can't wait to see it again...V, I think your girls will love it (as will the adults)

Hi All....it's a quiet Easter Sunday here too. John and I both cooked a meatloaf with roasted potatoes for dinner later. We're not going out and we didn't dye any eggs. Since we're adults only, we usually don't celebrate American Easter, as we called it while growing up in my house. We only celebrate Greek Easter and according to John1, thanks John, that's not happening until April 27th. That will be just about cruise time.....really close anyway.

We're cleaning the house and the turtle tanks today.....just another weekend. Ray is celebrating at Mrs. Bush's personal care home. We didn't take him out because they are making a fuss for Easter and we're not.....so we figured we'd let him stay there and have fun. Next weekend is his birthday, so I'm going to make reservations and we'll take him out to dinner.

Just another quiet day at home for us. But I love reading about everyone else's egg hunts, candy eating and special meals.

Kelly, have fun at DL with Linda....now that's the way to celebrate!

Deb, your meal sounds good! I stopped and got nachos on my way home from dropping Tyler off at his dad's after church. Lots of jalapenos! Yummy!

I'm off to take a nap. I decided I did so much cleaning all day yesterday, I'll treat myself to a nap since I never get to do that. I've cranked the heat up, put a comfy blanket on the couch, and off I go!

We still go to the Drive In, but only during the Summer. No matter how hot it is at home, when we get to the drive in it's cold. We bring blankets with us. The Drive In is at the top of a mountain and it's always windy and cold, which is a great thing in the heat of the Summer. You always get a great deal too because you see two newly released feature films for the price of one......actually it costs less than going to a movie theater. Plus they have rides and a pony for the kids. They even have a hot air balloon that goes up a little bit and comes back down. Of course, there's the snack bar too and the food is always great. I love the Drive In.

Now that's what I would like to be doing today if I lived in FL.....laying out and getting my tan started.

We always cruise in September and I've got a good tan started by the time we hit the open seas. But now we'll be cruising in early May and I'm winter white.....not good for tropical sun. I'm really going to have to be careful in the beginning of the trip so that I don't catch a burn.
