We each have one of the pull behind carry-ons then I have a backpack and Darrell will have the camera bag.

I'm done researching ports. If we aren't doing something in a port we will just figure it out when we get there. I'm not sure why I'm trying to plan. The best vacations we have had weren't organized and I'm not that kind of person.

Okay...I'm having the worst week ever! My boss was on vacation last week and Monday and I was really planning on skating through the week until Thursday at noon when my vacation officially starts. Well, that went straight out the window today. I have an employee whose job is basically in jeopardy and I feel like I'm partly to blame because I don't know if I've made the expectations as clear as they could've been. I suppose you always second guess yourself in these situations. I'm just hoping we can at least work something out at least temporarily until I get back. The timing on this really couldn't be worse. I will NOT have a nice relaxing vacation unless we get this at least partially resolved.

That is hard but who would keep training her while you were out? I'm sure you did all you could. I can't imagine they would put you in charge of her unless they knew you could do the job. You need to relax on this trip so figure out a way before you leave.

hey guys, just wanted to pop in to see what last minute plans everyone has...school is officially done for the semester-made it through with a high B and managed no to kill any of my patients, whoo hoo! look out pysch next semester here I come!

Wow thanks for your kind words. It's actually a "he" and he's been training for 9 months now, which is about 5 months too long. In the 13 years I've been in my position I've trained others and it usually only takes 3-4 months to get to the point where he is now.


We'll see what happens tomorrow...

Well that definitely sounds like it is his fault. You shouldn't have any worries, it's not your fault. Let me know what happens, if it is before Thursday

Well we are officially on vacation - have not had time to check in the past couple of days really but today we left for the first part of our trip. We are in Nashville waiting to get up at 4:30 am for our flight to MCO. We get to WDW around noon. I managed to get all our stuff into 4 checked bags, 4 carry ons and 4 personal items They all weigh a lot (but not over the 50 lbs.) so I am glad Disney is handling them and not us

I hope everyone else has a good week and see you all on the cruise on Saturday.

I am so excited - and hubby is glad to be home for a few weeks and relaxing!
