I love it when that happens but it usually doesn't happen that way though.

Not very often but I was really happy with this one and it was CHEAP! That made it even better

I think I am just one of those people who likes everybody to be happy, so when I read what Linda wrote it did make me sad that people felt so strongly about it as to want to pm someone and sort of complain. Of course I realise that folk are different in wanting to join a thread or not. Some people just like to read and glean all the info without taking part, some like to chat and get to know each other etc etc, but I will always try and answer a question even though I have only been on one cruise before. I will google if needs be.

I do know how hard it is to scan through the vast amount of posts as I have from around 5pm Eastern when I go to bed till when I log on again around 3am Eastern to catch up on. That was always a busy time even before the chats started.

So, I wouldn't really want different threads.

There is always to option to just not read what is written. There isn't a final exam. I'm sorry I've never been a please the whole crowd kind of person, because that just means that people on either end will end up compromised and that means no one got what they wanted. Like I said, I also not read some peoples posts, it's no suprise that we don't all love each other here. We have very different opionions and attitudes. But for me that is what makes a place like this great. Take what you can....

We haven't figured anything out but there was MUCH interest in the Shots around the Ship.

Speaking of shots...saw the post about Chambord..try it in a margarita, we used to have a shot added to margarita on the rocks at place I worked.

Does Meg know she needs a wig for Shots around the Ship?

What's all this talk about newbies getting scared etc??? I figured it out okay?! Ofcourse used a couple PMs to ask dumb questions rather than clog up and interrupt conversations. But, heck if I can figure it out....

You're welcome. Great picture of your son. Our son takes similar pictures each year at his studio.

Oh, I'm sure he will too, but it's the first one, so that makes it exciting for us. I really wanted the one that has a whole bunch of poses combined into one picture, but that was way out of our budget, especially since he's only been doing this for about 6 weeks. I told him if he's still in it next year, we'll get one of those cool shots.

That's a great idea. Alot of the new posters are scared away because they are so overwhelmed. I have received some PM's about it and have been trying to answer questions through the PM system because they are getting lost in the thread!

Not everyone is social, some people like to get their info and get out I understand that. The first post has a lot of good contacts for people who would rather take care of business then chit chat with us. Best advice would be to PM Pj and read the info super site!

I'm trying to make it smaller. I actually like her in black and white - the contrast with the red apple is what's so evil!!

I have a suggestion for people that have questions and get frustrated because of the pace of talks, so have a hard time finding the answers. I can TOTALLY relate as I'm not on here that much. So I sometimes post my question, then need to leave. I come back and there is just NO WAY I can find my original post let alone any responses. Just ask again when you have time to hang out for like 10-15 minutes when it is busy. If you post a question and then leave and then come back, it is very hard to find the answer. Just ask again and hang around until you get your answer, or someone will tell you who has the answer. And then PM them.

I still don't know if anyone answered if I could post Disney stuff on our banner...wasn't sure if Disney would have a trademark issue or not. Anyone? Ok, got to go so AGAIN I'll never know the answer!
