Funny story, when we went on the 11 night Wonder in September, 2006 they Wonder had been on the 10 night voyage before that. When the ship went to one of the ports the first half of September they had flown in food (potatoes, vegetables, etc.) and the Wonder didn't need the food so they had the port put the stuff in cold storage and they said they wanted it delivered the second time around (about 11 days later). Well, the day we came into port, sure enough, they had taken the stuff and put it on the dock to be loaded on the Wonder. Problem was, they put it in storage, but not "cold storage". You couldn't even figure out what the food was that was on the pallets. Captain Henry (who we went ziplining with that day) told us they refused the food and the port storage people would work it out with
DCL. Obviously they would be paying DCL for all that lost food since the port put it in storage in probably 100 degree hot storage areas! I would show you a picture, but you would probably get sick!
