Lori - I thought of you when I was getting ready for work today. I was watching CNN Headline News and they were showing the band of really yucky weather going through your area. Stay safe.

Everything was fine here, but some of the thunder was really loud about 3:00 am. A couple of times I was sure we had lightening strike close by. Nothing caught on fire like V's neighbor's house a few weeks ago, though. I asked the kids the next morning if the storm woke them up in the night and they both asked "what storm?" I swear those kids can sleep through anything.

The storms cancelled DH's flight from Chicago tonight (How's the weather Ian?), so he decided to rent a car a drive home. He drove through some pretty nasty stuff for a couple of hours, but he says it's all fine now.

Now your talkin'! We just discovered an all natural sweetener that is made from the same plant tequila is. Its VERY similar to honey. Awesome in margaritas instead of triple sec!!!

I got Ben some great dress shoes at Goodwill of all places. I never thought of checking there. But most boys are probably like my guys and wear their dress shoes about three times before they outgrow them, so I was able to get what looked like a brand new pair at Goodwill. My neighbor usually gives me her sons hand-me-down dress shoes, but the latest pair she gave me were brown, which didn't go with the tux at all. Is that too odd, buying the boys tuxes and then getting their shoes at Goodwill???

Hey Ian-when I received the master list it showed you down as a "no" for both having an FE and participating in the FE exchange but I'll change it as it's only fair since you're part of a FE group. This stuff is bound to happen, nothing is perfect, but it'll work out, no worries.
