OK, this is the hardest I have laughed since I started reading this thread. What I want to know is......how Sophia got the boxers to bedazzle in the first place. It's one thing to joke about it.....it's quite another to actually do it. Couldn't she find a pair of jeans instead???????? ........Oh, I never laughed so hard.......ha ha ha ha ha.......good one!!!!!!!!!!!

Well Deb, she just took them out of my drawer . . .

She wanted to practice her new toy, but Lord knows why she picked a pair of my boxers to practice on. I forgot about it, and have absolutely no idea how I did not notice when I first put them on after my shower. During the day, I kept thinking I was feeling a rivet from my Levis . . . nope, rhinestone.

Okay happy cruisers to be.....It's 10:30 here in Utah, so it must be time for alot of you to go to bed.

regular track. year round always sounded so cool to me a vacation in the fall is my favorite time to travel.

My daughter had March, July and November as her time off. November cruise rates are really low it seems but there is always the chance of bad weather. Many times our November vacation was filled with rain. March a lot of schools are on spring break so places were crowded. It is not too hot of weather either. That leaves July when everything is packed and really hot. Now it didn't stop us from going places at all. I am just looking forward to a long wandering vacation.

I was thinking maybe drive one week out across a few states then a week back. Or take the Amtrak from Emeryville to Chicago and back stopping along the way.

So, our house sat on the market for 4 months with no offers....put it on Craig's list for rent and after 3 days we have had 15+ calls with people interested in it and now have 3 people who all want it...hmmm, I think we put it on for too cheap, but it should be rented by the end of the week and a big burden will be lifted!

Thanks for looking at that Sandra. I was so panicked over excursions being full I didn't even welcome you to the group!!!! So Welcome! My DD's will be 6 & 9 (almost 10) so right around your's ages. I know Nan has a yahoo group set up for the kids, but I don't think much is happening with it yet.

Oh, and thanks to all who helped alleviate my panic. I only want 1 excursion and I was almost devastated when I thought my chances of doing it were over...note to self: don't jump the gun on panic!

Kaylee, I think you shouldn't give it a moments worry. I do think there is always a chance to get in on stuff on board. Remember, people can reserve and drop out up to 2 days before. So I admit that I did that on our cruise. Parasailing looked good, so I signed up, but I chickened out...

Maybe not I guess you know how kids like to tell other people all kinds of juicy stuff about their parents. Never forget the time my daughter was very young and told the grocery checker that mommy and daddy "were nakedbutts". The butt is no longer in my life thankfully but that crazy moment in the store still is.

I think I now have to forever refer to you as "nakedbutt"!

But, cool that Sophia got to go on the court. Did she enjoy that?

This is a whole other story . . .

My Sophia is a shy one about stuff like this. Kim understands completely. Will not go anywhere without mom or dad. So while Sophia got to be a courtside kid and sit on the side of the court while the teams warmed up, Dad got to be a courtside dad. She would NOT go anywhere with the nice Cavaliers people or the other kids without me. When they saw this, they were nice about it, and told me I could sit in one of the courtside seats to be near her. I was the ONLY parent anywhere nearby.

I kept waiting for someone to come and kick me out of their $750 courtside Jack Nicholson type seat. We made it through all the warmups with no incident. The cool thing was I could take a picture of her on the court easy since I was there, and had a nice conversation with one of the girls who takes them out who also told me she was just like Sophia and now Dances for the Cavaliers on the court - didn't tell Amy about that!

Wanted a cat 3 but when we found out that so many people didn't even get a room then we were happy just to be on the ship. We were totally thrilled when we got the call for the cat 3 room though.

V- we struggle with the same thing all the time. Especially with some of the skating stuff. She has no concept of how much this costs, she just loves it, but some of those girls put Diva's to shame and we don't want to create one of those.

I worked on my last cruise scrapbook today for about 3 hours and didn't even finish one page!

I have a huge rubbermaid tub of stuff from our Xmas Dec 2005 WDW & DCL trip full of stuff, albums, stickers, paper, idea books, photos, and haven't done a single page. Shame on me. Bad scrapper. My NYE cruise buddies taught me a new word today, I have scrapathy.
