May 10, 2008 New Ship Of Thieves...May 2008 Repo Thread...Part 6

Hi everybody, just a quick note. I'm alive and well, but my computer isn't. It finally died Friday and I'm way back on page 77 of this thread, so I'll likely not be able to keep up. Just checking quickly at the public library. I'll be at my mom's tonight and can try to check here if she'll let me use her computer, but she's pretty possessive of it.

My computer just went "pop" and the screen went blank. Computer was still running though, so it's just the screen. Will take it to see how much it will cost to fix it as soon as I have time, but that probably won't be until Tuesday after work because we're busy today and tomorrow, and Monday is karate for Tyler after work.

If anybody wants to keep in contact in the meantime, I can check e-mail while at work, so you can use my yahoo e-mail: hollyntyler@yahoo.com.

Pardon my bad memory, but can someone direct me to who amongst us has the beautiful cheerleading daughter that was in HSM? Some fantastic photos were posted here, and now I cant find them - my 6yr old is a HSM fanatic and wants to see them - HELP!!!

If for some reason I have left anyone out, please except my advance apology - sometimes it is hard to keep track of the PMs when you have to delete them so quickly. When we went in October, they handed them to you as you got on the CC line.....so you had to take the number you were given. I got a 5 but I didn't have to wait that long. They started boarding around 11 I think and I got on within 45 minutes or so. I know I was already drinking my BBC at the pool by 12:15pm.....so I was happy!

I think the CC line will be alot longer than the regular line is for this cruise.

I don't think they let you pull in to the dropoff lanes until sometime after 10, I've heard of people waiting in some parking lot...

I usually get there around 10 but am undecided this year. I may go and leave the rest of the party to come later with luggage. Alot depends on what time Brent gets up. The kids pools are always so crowded that he may want to stay at hotel and swim for a couple of hours before heading to the ship.

LOL! I stopped myself just in the nick of time from doing this. Had a bag of some 'stuff' for the cruise and was soooo compelled to remove tags, combine items, etc. I just put the bag in the closet with previously purchased items and told myself to wait till April for that project!

I just finished "The Thirteenth Tale" by Diane Setterfield. LOVED IT. I'm saving it for big sister to read when she's here and I think it will be the book I bring to share on the ship. The auther hails from Yorkshire! It's her first novel and was very hard to put down.

Lunch break almost over...time to get back to the 'shredding' job!
