we'll be dressing up - as long as I get costumes!
We're mildly dressing up. Basically wearing red/white strip shirts (DH is wearing just red) and black bottoms...things that we can wear again on the ship. There's so much to pack for 2 weeks, that I've decided to not do the costume thing. I'm already fearful that we won't have enough room in our luggage.![]()
Okay I received my Disney pins yesterday from mousepinsonline.com and here's what I ordered and received! I ordered 125 grab bag pins and we ended keeping/wanting about 50 pins! We received quite a few pirate pins, chip and dale (who I love) and various princess and Tinkerbell pins! They were all the official hidden Mickey and/or cast member pins! We then received about 35 propins which are the original pins! My daughters loved these as they're brightly colored and have fun scenes so we ended up keeping some of those too!! So with that large of an order we have about 60 pins to trade! And that's if I keep them hidden until our trip, otherwise it will keep dwindling down!!
Just wanted to report on what I received!! Hope everyone else has the same luck!!!
Yes. And that is another comment DCL does not pay attention to. We hate, hate, hate the new navigator TV guide format and have put that on the comment card (as have other DISers) past several cruises. The print is so small this Granny cannot read it. We miss so much now!![]()

It sure is interesting to see how different the protocols are from one country to the next concerning immunizations.
Our MD recommended we get the Hep A.
Just be very careful about what youeat or drink while you are in port.
It doesn't matter how many days you will be in Mexico. Transmission can occur through direct person-to-person contact; through exposure to contaminated water, ice, or shellfish harvested from sewage-contaminated water; or from fruits, vegetables, or other foods that are eaten uncooked and that were contaminated during harvesting or subsequent handling.
Perhaps they meant IG as an "after the fact"
What are the HAV postexposure recommendations?
Persons who have been recently exposed to HAV and who have not previously received hepatitis A vaccine should be administered a single dose of IG (0.02 mL/kg) as soon as possible. Unlike IG, hepatitis A vaccine is not licensed for use as postexposure prophylaxis.
Speaking of pics...since I downloaded everything last night...here are a few....
Remember how I told you that a friend of ours picked up Scott in our backyard for ride on NYE day....here is that ride.....

Monica - not sure if you were aware...these threads move so fast. Karen also had to cancel this cruise. She is still popping in and visiting us on the thread though.
Okay, so I have a story to share from yesterday......
Decided to run a couple of errands late in the afternoon and then come back to work. I had parked my car out at the front of the building because all the spots to the side were gone when I came to work.
So, I NEVER, and I mean NEVER, leave the building through the front entrance, but I gathered up my purse, and since I'm on the 2nd floor, I went out the middle and down our atrium stairs and decided once I was at the bottom to use the ladies restroom before I left.
Well, I NEVER, and I mean NEVER, use that restroom. I either use the one upstairs or go down the back staircase and use the one on the first floor, but I did. So used my key to get in. Did my thing, and then......
When I went to leave, the door on the stall was broke and I couldn't get out.![]()

Now, normally, this would not take me over the edge, but based on the events of the last month, that was just the final straw.
So, luckily I had my cell phone and called my office and asked to talk to our director of property so she could come get me out. Well, I had her paged, but to no avail, she did not answer.
So, I had the Chief Operations Officer paged and she was in a meeting but answered and I said Lisa.....would you come down to the atrium and come into the ladies restroom because I have a problem I need help with.
Well, she just happened to be in a meeting with the property manager and they both came down to the bathroom and when they entered and I told them I was stuck in the stall they hysterically started laughing and almost wet their pants.
Needless to say, it has been the joke around the office all day that I got stuck in the bathroom stall and didn't want to crawl on the floor to get out.
I really, really, need a cruise!
Below is the best description we have for MouseAdventure - just replace Disneyland with Disney Magic. We don't expect you to know much in advance. If you can think, you can play. There isn't much you can do to prepare, really. A clip board is usually a good idea, along with a couple of sharp pencils.
Anyone can play - and the nice thing about being able to have a full day is that you can do it at your own pace. (Unlike the park game which is under a time limit - and there is never enough time to do everything). We really try to keep the shipboard version much lower key. I am posting the hardest question we did on the 11-night Southern Caribbean cruise below so you can see what they might look like.
And Linda - there is to be NO LEFT TURNS on deck 10. We want to keep everyone on board, safe and sound.

I read one... I think it was called Mr. Darcy takes a Wife... all I can say is Mr. Darcy finally gets some in this book!!!![]()

I was missing you, glad you're back.![]()
Well, just make sure you use the toilet first and you just have to wait until dinner is over. OR.......when that question came up at work today when I showed co-workers, one co-worker said, "Just hang out over the edge and go!"Oh my god, NO WAY, what if need toilet? what if people get drunk, get up and fall over![]()

I got my dress from ebay, but while it fits....it's small.....so back to the drawing board for Mexican night.
Monica
I don't know if I am right or not?
You mean it is too small and why not put it back to Ebay? or return it?
Or you can show us maybe one of us might buy it from you?
Just a thought.
Scottishwee35
yes too young. For now we are stalking Gydell. I might try on the ship to see if Molly can try the horses if you are still going...
Okay, DH said I need to post these. Chewy and Sadie got their Mexican night outfits in the mail today and had to try them on. Here they are.

Makes me feel a bit better. Just hope they are working on a solution for the sake of other cruisers in the future.
I don't remember ever seeing this. I think this was my problem on that dreadful Sat night, I tried to access linked reservations on different computers and kept getting hung up.
