Nothing, once I leave home on May 9th, at 5am I am a free bird baby! You may have a hard time finding me. I have at least 3 books I want to bring on the cruise, ahhhhh!

I put 12 books into my ipod which is the only way to read around here - for my last crusie - got through exactly 2 chapters of 1 book. This time I must be more deligient. Plans got in the way of reading. Be careful and allow time to read by the pool! Lots of DIS activities to get in the way of "reading"

Wanted to also say for all my make up type stuff I am bringing I bought two sets of these for myself. They are made really well it seems and I love that the big bag has a hanger loop on it!

I am still trying to get caught up from Part 4 of the forum.
Someone posted about putting quarters in prescription bottles for storage. We use the M&M minis containers. They fit perfectly.

Another great excuse to eat candy as well!

We have approx 130 cabins total; 74 of that number are cabins with adults (anyone over the age of 18)

7 - 9

9 - 8
10 - 9
11 - 9
12 - 5
13 - 3

P.S. Again, I counted anyone 18 and older as an adult.

My wife and I are just dying to go on this cruise. We've been on a bunch of Disney cruises including 2 of the DVC Member cruises. Mostly 4 dayers and one 7 day eastern carribbean. I can't wait to go thru the canal I'm betting it's a blast. I saw some messages where people were talking about booking events and I was disapointed when on the 10th when I went online to book a brunch at 8:00am est that they were all gone already. I'm hoping there will be a waiting list when we get onboard.

Well, I don't want to be long winded on my first post.

Well we got some bad news today and need some prayers.

I was supposed to spend the first half of my day scrapping with my mom, she even took the day off. Well this morning she called to say her friend who has lukemia was on life support and they think she was not going to make it. SHe was going to visit her, I told her to stay as long as she needed we would do our things another day. They think the chemo instead of helping her is killing her. She has a daughter 26 year old daughter and new grandson. Yesterday she was haullcinating and today she is unresponsive. She still has a chance but it is small.

Prayers and pixie dust going the way of your Mom and her friend. It is good she can be with her at this time.

Welcome-we have a master list that we're using to keep track of everyone. If you're interested in being on it please PM (you'll need to get your post count up to 10 before you can PM) me with the following info:

1-your DISname
2-your first and last name, names of others in your party, please include ages and grades of any children in your party
3-cabin #
4-email address
5-geographical location
6-whether you're celebrating any special birthdays, annivs, etc.
7-whether or not you'll have a fish extender (PM pahrumpgirl (Carol) and she can share the cost details, etc)
8-whether or not you're participating in a gift giving group (PM Calmom (Lisa) if you want to join one)
*Your disboard name, first names and stateroom number will be printed in our private dis mini-navigator, unless specifically instructed not to do so. Also, each person participating in the fish exchange will have a NEMO next to their name. The rest of the information on the list will be kept private and not be published. It will be used primarily for those participating in gift giving and fish extenders, and any other special activities.

If you're wondering what a fish extender is: on the outside of your cabin door is a metal fish that DCL uses to put mail in. A fish extender is something that has pockets and hangs down from your metal fish. Other DISers use the fish extender to leave you little gifts each day. Carol (pahrumpgirl) makes fish extenders or you can find them on ebay. If you want one from Carol, PM her and she can give you all the pricing details. Or if you can get the instructions to make it yourself from the private ship of thieves website (PM pjpoohbear for access to the site).

In regards to the gifting teams...there are a bunch of teams made up of DISers from our thread who are getting together to provide gifts to put into everyone's fish extenders. The goal is to have a team for each day of the cruise. Lisa (Calmom) is coordinating this effort and she can hook you up with a group should you wish to join.
