OK.....so I lied. I'm back here before Tyler's in bed. But that shouldn't be a surprise now, should it? I never stay away as long as I say I will. But I can't help it! Tyler's organizing all his books, completely removed ALL books from 4 shelves, has them lying all over the floor so he can group similar ones together and put them back. My WHOLE living room floor is covered in books. And now he just said he's too tired to put them back because it's too many books. UM....I DON'T THINK SO! I had to demand! I reminded him that I told him not to take them ALL off unless he planned on putting them ALL back.

Not sure how this happened when he originally started doing his paper chain. On the way home from school, he wanted me to read him his library book when we stopped for gas. Um.....NO, I can't read it here in the gas station parking lot, but we can certainly read it as soon as we get home. Then by the time I got all my stuff off and opened mail and asked if he was ready to read his library book, he told me, "Nope, I forgot that I wanted to make my paper chain". Then I was in the kitchen looking for a snack and I hear books being dropped on the floor and then he told me his current plan.

I'm sorry, but I just can't follow that process!

Oh great. Now this led to a time out because he lay down on the floor and told me he needs to sleep and I told him, no he has to clean up the books first and then the "I hate you" came out. Timer has been restarted 4 times now because he's not doing what knows he's supposed to in time out. Shame to have to do this until bedtime when he had a perfect day at school.

Timer restarted 6 times now. If this continues much longer tomorrow will be his last karate class.

Timer restarted 8 times now.

He drank some liquid that had silver in it for a long period of time. It dyed his skin and his organs. They will never lose the color. He is BLUE!

I got on the DCL web site to check and see if I have room yet and guess what.........I have been watching fish for 47 minutes now! I wonder how long it will take. I call DCL and they said they have been experiencing delays today. You think that they would take care of their problems. Hope nobody has to get ressies tonight.

Oh, I forgot till I saw this post. I have anothe window open waiting for our ressie to come up. Only 28 minutes as yet!!!

Well I think she is still coming, but with her not posting I am just thinking she wouldn't be bothering with the boas.

ahhhh, what a peaceful drive to work. The 4 miles to school the girls were so quiet listening to the dvd...it was great. Wireless headphones! This is going to be great going to Gainesville. And...I got to rock out to Cabo Wabo!

We used our dvd like everyday the first week we had it. Now we might use it if we drive to Disneyland but not usually. The wireless headphones are great when there is a ton of kids though I can say that!

It's sad because this is the first day in a couple weeks that he had a good day all day in school. I was really making a big deal of how great that is and how proud of him I am, but a switch flipped in his brain or something.

So what was supposed to be a 5 1/2 min time out turned into 15.

Well we got some bad news today and need some prayers.

I was supposed to spend the first half of my day scrapping with my mom, she even took the day off. Well this morning she called to say her friend who has lukemia was on life support and they think she was not going to make it. SHe was going to visit her, I told her to stay as long as she needed we would do our things another day. They think the chemo instead of helping her is killing her. She has a daughter 26 year old daughter and new grandson. Yesterday she was haullcinating and today she is unresponsive. She still has a chance but it is small.

Holy cow! I'd think drinking something with silver in it would be fatal, but apparently not. I'll have to watch that one online for sure!

Well Holly, I hope he is over it now.

I think so. When the timer went off finally, he started crying that he was hungry and I told him I'd fix dinner while he cleaned up the books and he could eat as soon as they're all put away. It worked and now he's happily eating and I'm trying not to stew. Typing here to calm myself and we'll move on. He has a couple books he wants me to read him after dinner. Good grief, that was unpleasant! I really don't enjoy being around kids.
