What a beautiful theater!

It really is spectacular! But I get distracted whenever I see a show there because I always find myself just looking around at the theater. It really looks like you're sitting outside because when the lights go down, you can see faint stars on the ceiling. Very pretty!

I wish I had known this prior to spending my $60. Oh well. Do you think it would be bad taste to have the kids trade them?

I ordered some for Molly to keep, they look just like the hidden mickey pins we've gotten before.

I had no problem trading any Disney pin I had...

Now I just buy the pins I want when I am on site... makes a nice souvineer for me and I have 5 lanyards on my walls aleady and will I guess add to it this trip!!!

Don't worry Queenie, when it's really good advice I save it to say again. and again, and again....

& I'll have to eat more Smarties to try out that advice... Oh...make me suffer...twist my arm!!!

Hi All!! So it's winter up here on the mountain in the Poconos and there's 4 inches of snow on the ground and John's truck lost its brakes. So we can't plow and get ourselves off our mountain.

Our electric went out for half a day this week too. Somehow I lost my eyeglasses during that time......still haven't found them and it has been a few days. I'm wearing an old old pair.

On a good note, I ordered John's Mexican night shirt. For tropical and mexican, we're just wearing themed shirts. For Pirate's night we have the whole costume.

Next I'm going to order the soft sided 9 pack cooler and I think I'm done getting everything I need.

Oh no...you're going to find other things you are going to need... trust me... buy some Smarties and join our group!!! Are you royalty already???

I have come to the realization that I'm not going to be able to wear my two new dresses for formal nights on this cruise. I'm glad I got them two sizes smaller and that I have them. I'll save them for a future day. It's going to take me longer than the time I have left before this cruise to lose the weight I need to lose. I'm not losing it like I was before I stopped smoking. I've stuck to my diet strictly this week and didn't lose anything. Because I noticed that I have replaced cigarettes with food. I constantly eat cheerios and I'll have two diet snacks a day instead of one and I'll have a fruit and a yogurt instead of one or the other. I'm still dieting strictly, but I'm eating continuously. That will slow down over time, but I'm still new at this not smoking thing....and I need the cheerios and food for now.

I guess I'll be wearing my old dresses to formal nights this cruise. I'll save my new dresses for another cruise and strive to get there at a later time. I'm not going to make it in the next two months.

BUT YOU ARE DOING SO GOOD ON YOUR NOT SMOKING!!!

I know you posted that you didn't know what to wear for the Tropical or Mexican night... do you have any bright colored shirts??? They will work just fine!!!

It's a week since I sent an email to Tom McAlpin and I haven't heard anything, not even a mass produced reply. Should I just leave it, send it again or another one?

When I was in elementary school (I think 6th grade), we had a field trip to see the movie at a local theater. WHY in the world would a school think kids that young would enjoy sitting through such a long movie?! Nobody enjoyed it and many kids fell asleep. Possibly they wanted us to experience the historical value of the theater, but that's not even something kids that age care about! Sellers at Ebay have the biggest complaints, saying that the new rules will cost them more money by adding higher final-value fees. EBay also plans to reward top sellers with priority status in searches so that their names come up more frequently and higher up than low-volume sellers.

Another problem sellers have with the new policies is that the feedback system that many rely on to help them weed out bad buyers will be dismantled. This, they say, will make it easier for negligent bidders and scammers to cheat them, reported Fortune Small Business.

EBay spokesman Usher Lieberman said that they have good reasons for their fee and policy changes and that it was “still premature for us to speculate” about the effects of the proposed boycott.

Ha you beat me here! I hit lots of traffic on the way home. Don't those people know I need to get home to Dis?

Jacinda was already asking on the way home when were going to get together again! She said and I quote "Mom those girls were really nice and they like all the same stuff I do!" I can see the girls being thick as thieves soon.

So glad that us moms got to meet up too! It is nice to chat in REAL life sometimes as well. Nan and Steph were just as I had thought they would be from reading their posts! Glad to have some great new friends!!!!!

So happy I found the Dis and decided to try and meet others on this cruise!

I think we don't have to worry about the girls on the ship, but they may have to worry about their mothers

It will be sort of a trial run. I eventually want to take him out to Wyoming where I lived for about 6 months (near Jackson). In fact, Jackson is where I went to my first rodeo and fell in love with ALL cowboys! I've been telling him about my favorite hike out there when I was staying in the Grand Tetons. He seems pretty excited about all the outdoor adventure, but I think we'll wait until he's a couple years older since he gets so tired all the time. But then again, I'd really rather just do things as soon as we're able to just because you never know what life has in store. So maybe spring of '09. I know we talked about this on our first thread here, but it's such a beautiful place, I can't help but share again! My dream is to live somewhere in that area some day.

Holly, we are about 3 hours away from Jackson. We go every summer and dd skates there in March. If you want really good rates in March of 09, the skating competition group rates are incredible! You can just be visiting us.
