Is anyone else getting dumped off the DIS? I used to be able to leave a page open all day and refresh from time to time to see what was new. Today every time I go to post I have to log in AGAIN. Is this happening to everyone, or is it just my server or something?

It happens to me at work but not at home...so must be related to that computer (system).

Jacinda was already asking on the way home when were going to get together again! She said and I quote "Mom those girls were really nice and they like all the same stuff I do!" I can see the girls being thick as thieves soon.

So glad that us moms got to meet up too! It is nice to chat in REAL life sometimes as well. Nan and Steph were just as I had thought they would be from reading their posts! Glad to have some great new friends!!!!!

So happy I found the Dis and decided to try and meet others on this cruise!

Oh, that reminds me. Somewhere...page one here I think...it listsBunco as the first sea day. I had it in my notes as the second sea day 3:30PM. This may have just been a 'throw it out there date/time", but Scrapbooking class is Noon on the first sea day.

Gone With The Wind is on right now...I'm having a hard time not going back in the TV room to watch it. I've seen it a zillion times.

...oh, no phone call from House Party....maybe they didn't do the drawing today. There were no winners posted on the web site earlier...maybe there's still hope.

No limit there. They will send you tags for 2 each person, but will have additional tags available from the porters at the port.

So when I back my u-haul up to the port....

Well ok, if there is anyone else out there that is interested in doing a get to together about geocaching I'll see about putting some stuff together and go over some of the basics.

Just PM me if you are interested in this and I will try and arrange a time that is convenient to all.

I've heard about it and they've done it in the Adirondack Mountains near me, so I'd like to know more...

Anyhow . . . do you want to have access anywhere, or would you be OK with access at WiFi hotspots? If you could deal with the latter, the iPod Touch does everything the iphone does wherever there is WiFi access but make phone calls.

See I would like to have internet anywhere then I could stop lugging the laptop around some days. I have a small screen laptop (13" SONY) that fits in my purse but handheld would be even better!

OMG what am I going to do? My favorite movie candy is Crunch Bites! It comes in a loud box and well the name says it all CRUNCH! Guess I will have to resort to eating whole packages of twizzlers. I can do that pretty darn stealthily

Oh, in the book "Eat This, Not That" Crunch Bites were on the GOOD list of movie treats!

Gone With The Wind is on right now...I'm having a hard time not going back in the TV room to watch it. I've seen it a zillion times.

When I was in elementary school (I think 6th grade), we had a field trip to see the movie at a local theater. WHY in the world would a school think kids that young would enjoy sitting through such a long movie?! Nobody enjoyed it and many kids fell asleep. Possibly they wanted us to experience the historical value of the theater, but that's not even something kids that age care about! And now that all the guys on the cruise know we don't wear the ABSOLUTELY best undies for them... I wear them until the elastic dies... or holes appear in strange places..

Also, for those asking about the internet. I can say that I bought the largest package, $150, on the magic during the med cruise. The internet connection was HORRIBLE...to say the least. The best connection I could get was on deck 4 around 10pm each night or at 6am each morning. BUT, I had to wait and would get disconnected. Anyways, I went to guest services and they gave me more time. So, if you buy the internet (which I have too) make sure anytime you have a delay or get booted off or stuck, go to guest services and make them give you the time back. There is no reason to pay for a service you are not getting. It was not a problem, they were happy to do it.
