John - love the pixs but I'm glad it's you living there and not me. I was complaining today because I was freezing at 56 degrees!

She is a first generation Labradoodle, 1/2 chocolate Lab, and 1/2 Chocolate Poodle. But don't tell anyone on the community board - right V?

Especially after that Westminster Show . . .
:rotfl: I remember reading that thread!

Hey, a friend of mine recently got a golden doodle. That's a cute one too!

Here's the pictures I neglected to post from the Cavalier's Game . . .

The guy in the foreground is Eric Snow - he played HS basketball at the school Amy and I went to Canton Mckinley, and now plays for the Cavaliers. He is a bit younger than us.

WOMAN OF THE HOUSE... WHERE'S ME TEA!!!

THEY PAID $736 FOR THAT????????????????????????? Sorry.....it's nothing more than aplicayed (I know it's spelled wrong...) quilting on clothes...

No patty fingers if you please.

Did you see that the same person that won the bid also paid $76 for a used Burberry sweatsuit for a 3 month old.

Well, I think I will go down and work out for about a 1/2 hour. I'll check back in later.

I think that we should have lime green shirts with the fish on them.... no extra comment so we don't all get tossed off... Just remember... Sit in Deck 9... first sea day... bring drinks...

If there are no excursions left at 75 days... THAT IS DOWNRIGHT WRONG!!! I'm going to begin to wonder why I'm on this cruise then... then I contact my attorney (John1???) and go class action... With my luck I'll win $1 and it will cost me .99 cents to fight it!!!

yes but if you're bringing drinks then shouldn't they be your own nonalcoholic/alcoholic refreshments? otherwise you're just giving disney more money:rolleyes1

Does Dominos Pizza still have their 30 minute guarantee for delivery? Or did that disappear in the 80s?

Does Dominos Pizza still have their 30 minute guarantee for delivery? Or did that disappear in the 80s?

It disappeared after a few serious traffic accidents involving Domino delivery drivers. Not sure when that happened.

I think they still have it.
Well, next time I'm calling them! I just got pizza delivered by Cottage Inn (very yummy Hawaiian plus jalapenos) and it took 50 minutes! I was so hungry by the time it arrived, I almost chewed through the box to get to it! :lmao:

From Domino's website

"You Got 30 Minutes™" is not a guarantee but an estimate.

Have a great weekend everyone! I am not so sure how well my internet will be over the weekend...with my poor stupid little laptop DEAD. We are going skiing through Monday, so I'll catch ya all next week.

:badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: This might be me later on this evening!

It's good to let it out. Think happy thoughts, like the cruise and that will help you. You can get thru this.

Ok everyone...

This is my latest story... (& I'm sorry to rant, but right now, I'm pretty alone in this...

First I have to note that I don't get along with my father... VERY bad divorce and I was the one child out of the 4 that was left behind... (the others were older and in college or on their own... I was the only one at home...)

After a very bad incident whereas his wife threw a fit and went after me (for something that was so silly and foolish - I took my nephew to McDonalds and she was serving hamburgers for dinner...) and threw me out of the house... Ever since then my father and I have had a strained relationship. I had panic attacks and pains in my chest for the last 28 years so I decided to have my own life. I am very cordial and respectful when I am in his company - he turns things around and tells his version of things and I end up on the bad side of things...

So... last Thursday my brother calls my mom... They don't call me, because they think that I'm the one that left dad... and they blame me... He tells her that dad had surgery to remove a cyst... I come down to TX to visit my sister and she tells my mother - not me... that it is cancer, but that they don't know what the treatment will be.

He's 77 this year. Has more heart problems than Dr. Oz could find... along with many other health issues.

So... I've spent the last 2 nights crying because I am afraid that if I have to go to his funeral/services, whatever... someone is going to blow up at me (I do not intend to cause a scene...but I don't trust my stepmother...)

So I'm feeling pretty crappy about all of this.

Sorry I had to rant... I just don't have too many people to talk to about it...

Hi Michele,
I sympathise with your situation. My family was supportive and loving for the most part, but I have lost my Mom, Dad, brother and sister over the past many years, so I am basically alone (with the exception of my wonderful husband). Sometimes, when I would wish for family, I would look around at others and their relationships with their blood family, and realize that many times, depending on the relationship,I was glad they weren't related to me!:rolleyes1 Sometimes friends are there for you more than family. I still envy people like so many of those on this board who have loving families, but now know that being "family" is much more than being related by blood, and my friends(and DH) are my family now. This also lookslike a god place for "family". Sorry for all your pain. So, rant to all your friends here..Vicki
