are people off Monday? My sis gets Monday off...in fact she gets 12 holidays without having to use PTO. I am going to have to check what we get.

DId I tell you guys what a rock star I feel like with my new phone? I KNEW I should not have gotten John one. DO YOU KNOW how much he has called me in a day and a half? Unreal. At work use your work phone! although phone to phone is free......

Angie...we have a huge pack near our house too. Some nights they are so loud you can't really hear yourself talk if we are outside Is it sunny there? 2 days in a row for us

YES!! If I look straight up out the window by my desk I can see the tree tops and the sky. (I don't complain that my window looks at a brick wall, at least I HAVE a window!) I just looked up a bit ago, which I don't usually bother to do and WOO HOO!! Blue sky behind those beautiful evergreen trees! God really knew what he was doing when he matched up those colors. Anyone else ever notice that?? And, we are supposed to have at least 3 more days of it....well, unless the forecast has changed since this morning. Mow the yard for me this weekend and trim some bushes to make the place look a bit better, just in case someone wants to look at it.

Michelle...so sorry to hear about everything.

Yes, she sure did say that. Unbelievable, huh?! I had a difficult time restraining myself, but just said, "We have to get in the car, Tyler's freezing" and we went our separate ways. I'm just going to let it go. Not worth the worry.

Did you get John one like yours? Like in that commercial where the teenage daughter calls her dad at the truck stop diner and he is on a pink phone with jewels on it?

I have to tell you at work (when I am at work) Amy ALWAYS calls my cell phone - never calls my desk phone. Probably because she knows she can almost always get me on the cell - it is strapped to my hip. Really annoying though when I am on the desk phone, and the cell phone rings, and then another call comes in on the desk phone!

I work for the Feds, so of course I am off. DrHug is working somewhere. Today is my Friday, so 4 day weekend for me!

If you are in 2 staterooms with 2 reservations, I would have one person from each reservation on line TRYING to get a ressie for all 4 people. First one to score would contact the other and let them know it was done.

Thank you to all that answered this question. We thought that they would try to book a day and we would book another and if we get one great and if we both even better. Can we do that?

I hate to say this but you may want to call DCL and ask about this. Someone tried this before and were told you couldn't gamble on the boats.

Anyway, I wouldn't ask shore side. They wouldn't give you the right answer anyway. They play Bingo on the ship. I say have your card game. I doubt anyone would say anything. It's just a couple of friends getting together playing cards.

Just as long as they don't make us walk the plank! No I already called and they said there was nothing about poker or gambling at all so I should bring them.
