Sounds like a good idea. Jill, there are just the two of you right? We could probably coordinate getting over there, folks may want to return at different times (I think it would be hard to drag some of us away from those water slides!) I know I'll be a little nervous about getting back to the ship in time (worry-wart).

Anyone want to volunteer to keep the list (I've got two of those projects going already).

I still can't believe what a nightmare your booking has gone...did I read right that 12 hours later and you still can't book anything? To be honest, if I were in your shoes, I'd be yelling. I'm some what pacified now because we got something...not what we wanted, but something. And at this point, I'm tired of the whole thing.

I know Kaylee said DCL told her there were 1200 people on last night but that doesn't sound right. Only one person per ressie can be on at one time. I would say that number should have been more like 500 max, which shouldn't cause such a fiasco. I think they need to put some money towards upgrading their systems to handle what I think is reasonable capacity (500 people on a site is nothing).

Angie, I hope you and Dennis get a satisfactory result. Sorry that you haven't been able to book anything, that stinks!

Thanks, PJ did book our 2 excursions for us. That is all we need. At this point we are both so disgusted with the whole required rush to get Palo ressies that neither of us care if we ever go to Palo again. Nice, excellent food and service, but no food venue that we have ever been to is worth what this group went thru last night. We are just done with it at this point. We are giving it a few days before we pull our names from the group dining list....but that is a likely happening. But all else is up to Disney standards and we plan to have an amazing time on this and future DCL cruises.

I have been there and why can't they just take the cash and CC's, leave everything else. But in a world of identity issues those other cards are just as valuable now.

I just got "I'm tired of you treating me like you don't love me"! After handing Tyler his ice cold drink literally every minute for the past hour or so I finally told him he can reach it himself! Poor guy. Can't give him any more Tylenol for another hour and a half and he about screams every time he coughs because his throat hurts. I told him tomorrow will be a bit better and each day will be better. This will make for another long night.

I was just thinking the same thing this morning. I think folks who are still trying to get on the ship are waiting for lower cats to open up as those cat 4's are pretty darn pricy!

Oh that's cute and yes, dessy enough. If you want to wear it both nights, maybe a fun, sparkly shawl or wrap to change the look one night.

I possibly will be wearing the same thing both nights...depends on how many lbs are removed and if I find anything at the discount stores. My semi formal ensemble isn't very dressy at all, but it's purple and I like it!

Welcome back! I grew up in NW Indiana and worked in Chicago in the 70's. Been living in the desert for the last 28 years and DO NOT miss the snow, but I miss the city and Lake Michigan to this day!

Lisa, I like it....it works well....I would just get a shawl or something to wear with it to take it up a notch. I would not wear the same dress on both formal nights, but that's just me. I like to dress up and must wear something different each night.

Good morning Cruisers!! (okay it is 2p, but I had to sneak away and get some sleeps)

I have 15 pages to catch up on, but after a quick glance it looks like many have now got at least some ressies.

I wanted to share ('cuz I know it mostly got lost in the craziness of last night) that about 5 minutes before midnight EST ... as I was sitting and waiting (im)patiently to book our ressies ... I checked my ressie and found that we had been given rooms, not just any rooms, but connecting rooms.

For our family of 5, this was the best news of the night.

Getting ressies (and all that was involved to get them) is great, but we can be a "family" onboard ... and that is the best news of all. Just wanted to share.

Okay, so I don't have the heart to go back and read every post since last Friday afternoon, so if I've missed something just let me know.

Friday night my purse that had my wallet, my planner, and basically my whole organized life was stolen from me. So I have spent the last two days cancelling everything and changing every password on the internet and anything I can possible think of. By the time I cancelled my business credit card, the thieves had charged $60 to Pizza Hut and $46 to Dominoes. Guess they wanted a pizza party at 1 a.m. in the morning. Then they tried to use it to put gas in their vehicle, but they didn't know my company's pin number so it was declined.

I think by the time they tried to use all my other cards (probably immediately after that) I had already been on the phone with all my credit card companies, cancelling everything.

Went to bed at 3:30 a.m. or so and then got up at 6 a.m. and started back up on the internet again. Went to bank at 9 a.m. and had to close my accounts and open new ones and all that fun stuff.

Then had to go to my office and have my property manager let me in so I could get to my desk. She had to change all the alarm codes and pass codes into the building just to be safe. And of course, my office keys were in my purse, so they were long gone too.

Then spent the next couple of hours cancelling our company's Sam's and Costco accounts, so now I get to tell all the staff tomorrow that they get to go get new cards issued.

Then I spent more time on the internet.

I keep thinking of more things as I have time.

I lost my WDW passes and have been working with Guest Services to get those, but now I have to go back through a bunch of my paperwork to find some stuff.

So, the last thing I did today was go onto Disney Cruise Line because I need to change my email address for the 2/28 cruise. But then, I didn't have the number so I called DCL and she gave it to me and gave me the 5/10 cruise too. About that time, I remembered that last night at midnight was when I could start booking everything.

So, got off the phone with DCL and immediately went into the 5/10 cruise and everything I was suppose to book was gone. (including Palo's). That was when I had a meltdown and broke down and started crying. Looked at the spa and the first thing I saw was "Alone time" and debated about booking that! But I didn't...........so I ended up not booking anything, and will just keep watching and make a note in my planner (the new one I haven't bought yet) for the 75 day mark when something might open up again.

After my meltdown, I decided it was time to get off the computer, so I cleaned my living room and vaccuumed, and went downstairs to the craft room for a few minutes.

Now, I decided to get on the disboards and share my news. All I can say is my life has been turned upside down. I am making a list with everything I can think of and as I change everything I am putting it on an excel spreadsheet and it is getting locked up in our safe. that way I'll have one list with everything in one place.

The good news....I haven't been able to spend any money all weekend (not that I have had time) because all my credit cards and cash are gone! I had two gift cards in my wallet and I was able to dig up the receipts and go back and get them cancelled and reissued. The last thing I wanted was those thieves getting another $125 out of me!

The bad news....I had just bought some ribbon at Joann's Friday night earlier in the evening and they stole my ribbon! It was for the scrapbook pages. Really made me mad.

The good news.....I had just taken my camera and cell phone out of my bag and set them down in the car and when they grabbed my purse out of the car (and I was only about 30 feet away), they didn't get my expensive camera or purse.

The bad news....tomorrow I get to spend my time at the driver's license office getting a new drivers license.

Okay, that's my news for now. Things can only get better from him. I only had about $45 cash in my purse (thank goodness). Sometimes, I stash some extra money in hidden places, but luckily I had it in my bedroom and not in my wallet!

Oh-they have all my insurance cards, my DVC card, my Castaway Club Card, Disney Dining card, etc., etc.

Besides that.....life is PEACHY KEEN!

Okay, starting tomorrow I'll try to check in each day!

Linda - I'm so sorry to hear of the theft. If you had any library or video store cards please make sure to cancel them as well. (I worked at a video store and often people didn't notify us until they got the late letters.)

Hope you get a good Driver's License picture.

I did get a pretty black shawl during the big Coldwater Creek Sale. Now I need to find shoes.
