I could have flown to Mexico and signed up for these ressies in person in the amount of time I spent on them. Heck I live in California. I could have drove to Mexico in this time!

Well I am still not able to book excursions and it has been 12 hours! I am on hold while CM checks with her supervusir to get me the email of DCL President.

OK....I'm starving, so I'm going to have some lunch. I hate to eat in front of Tyler when he feels so lousy, but I HAVE to. I'm going to have some soup and try to get him to try a spoonful and when he sees how great it is, maybe he'll want a bit more. Not sure if he's to that point yet, but can't hurt to try.

He's not going to care that you are eating in front of him. He feels so bad that the food will not look, sound or smell good. Eat good and sleep when you can to keep up your strength as you wil likely get this too.

Actually thought of Prince Charming this morning while laying in bed but forgot until you mentioned it again. Will have to run that by DH. At least we have some time to get what he needs. It has been almost 17 years since we have had a puppy.

Sorry, no. Just got the note in the mail on Thursday and since it was going to CA from OH it won't get to her until this week sometime. I did see where they weren't PIF yet, though. It may just be the of us couples at dinner. They should keep us linked even if Noel doesn't come.

Now that this fiasco is pretty much over, I have to tell you what we did yesterday evening. In about two weeks we will have a new addition to our family. We are getting a male, miniature long haired Dachshund. He is black and tan and will be 6 weeks old tomorrow. I took some pictures and will post them as soon as I can. He is really cure.

I need some help now, though, I would kind of like to name him a Disney name but haven't really found one I liked. I had a male sheltie that we lost a few years ago and his name was Jiminy Cricket, JC for short. If anyone can come up with anything we would love some ideas.

Oh, Shelties are the sweetest dogs ever! We have had 2 of them and DrHug had one when he was a young boy.

What's wrong with Vanessa now? You should have a hospital frequent flyer pass for free parking and free lunches by now.

Haha I think something is wrong with her kidneys. She has never given a urine smaple in her whole life so I had to tell her how to do that. I have taught both of my daughters that already before they got too old and too embarassed!

The doctors are working over her now so I should know something soon.

I will really need this cruise when it comes around.

I read someone say that you had to confirm within 20 minutes or lose it. some had a few reservations on the list uncon firmed, and when they got stuck on one they lost the lot!

I had three disappear that way!

The way I described it to Mrs. Woody this morning, having something on one's list is like having something in your "cart" on Amazon. You haven't bought it until you hit confirm (the equivalent of going through Amazon's checkout).

Thanks! I can't sleep yet until he does because he of course wants me to lie next to him and rub his back, so if he's awake. Trying to read him books, but he tells me I'm bothering him and "would you please stop talking?" Every time I try to go fix some food something happens in this room! LOL! I CAN NOT afford to miss work sick, so I hope the doc calls me soon about Tamiflu to at least try to prevent it. We're still in the 24-48 hour exposure window until tomorrow around 6pm. Doc never called me back when I left a message yesterday, so I called again and the oncall message person told me he's only taking emergencies and everything else has to wait until Monday, but she says she'll try him again and see if he'll call me back. She did take my pharmacy info though in case he wants to just call it in, so here's hoping!

Something is wrong with her kidneys. She does not have a doctor in the USA and her exchange insurance has you go to the hospital each time

Oh no, kidneys are serious vital organs and once you have trouble with them, you have lots of issues and it's not good. I hope for her sake that since she is young, it's not serious. Will send pixie prayers for her to recover.

John1, can you revive that email for the DCL president that you used back when they wanted to raise the charges? These poor CMs and the Customer Service reps that answer our standard emails cannot make changes. They also will not give me his email address.

We got our second because her family divorced and neither could have a dog in the apartments they moved into. She was an older dog when we got her and so only stayed with us a few years. She was just the sweetest.
