that made me think of "Sully" from monsters inc! also the bad guy (i can't think if his name) was a lizard that was long and slinky like a dauchound...which reminds me of "slinky" the slinky dog that looked like a dauchound (sorry i can't spell it!) in toy story...oliver was a dog and there were lots of dogs in it and of course lady and the tramp 1 and 2 have lots of dogs....he could always be Prince Charming (PC for short!)

Actually thought of Prince Charming this morning while laying in bed but forgot until you mentioned it again. Will have to run that by DH. At least we have some time to get what he needs. It has been almost 17 years since we have had a puppy.

I have no idea if this is true or not, but it seemed to me that the ability to book was in cycles. When I could book, others were not so lucky, for an hour or so later, I was locked out when some could book. Maybe they do "service" the ressies in some kind of numerical order, on some type of timed intervals.

Really have no idea, but it seemed weird how none of us were able to book at the same time for most of the night.

Interesting theory.

I think the DCL site was simply overwhelmed with an unusually high number of Castaway Club members. In addition to the people who regularly post here and were trying last night, there are (1) many lurkers, and (2) others who don't know about (or don't associate with) the DIS boards.

Good morning everyone . . .

Well, at least it is a good morning for me, as I slept through all the madness last night. I feel awful that I left PJ and my other friends to deal with all the craziness that I saw on the last thread. I read about 30 of the 70 pages posted after I went to bed, and decided to stop because much of it is repeated frustration.

Wish I had a nickel for every time those darn fish were cursed!

I guess the number of repeat cruisers and the probably small number of children really bogged the system down. I agree that Disney needs to find a better way of doing this, and perhaps we should complain to DCL about all of this.

Anyway, to all of you who went through it last night.

John1, can you revive that email for the DCL president that you used back when they wanted to raise the charges? These poor CMs and the Customer Service reps that answer our standard emails cannot make changes. They also will not give me his email address.

Oh, and I see that Penny did get in at some point and get our excursions. Thanks, PJ! We are bagging Palo.

HOping my doc will call in Tamiflu for me, and I'll have to load Tyler in the car and hit Walgreens pharmacy drivethrough and hope they're nice enough to grab some Vicks to add to my purchase.

Good Morning Everyone.
I am still catching up on part 3 and then moving on to part 4. I see there was alot of frustration last night. I was able to get all our excursion choices and brunch. It took me 3 hours to get it done. We had DBil and his kids here spending the night and DBil makes killer margaritas, so that made my wait time more bearable.

We got the Tequila tour at 9am. Just took me the last hour to get that one. All I have left to try and get is Acapulco. Well besides Brunch....

There has GOT TO BE A BETTER WAY.

Some cruise lines let you book excursions as soon as you pay your balance. Sure beats making hundreds of people compete for limited spots for hours at the stroke of midnight.

Well I am still not able to book excursions and it has been 12 hours! I am on hold while CM checks with her supervusir to get me the email of DCL President.

Wow, I guess I got lucky at 5:30am.....no sleep, frustrating fishies all night, but lucky at 5:30am because I got it all done.

Our oldest had hallucinations with fevers, she said some weird stuff.

Glad to hear the temp is down.

Mucinex is great for loosening up chest congestion. We even use it at the hospital under the generic name Guaifenesin.

Do you have a cool mist vaporizer. That can help loosen thing up as well.

I'll ask the drive through pharmacist if he can go grab that too for me. He's already freaked out at the chunks he's coughing out, so I hope it doesn't scare him even more, but it will be good to get it out sooner.
