Well I am WAY behind AGAIN!!

DH already posted our news but...

Today is our DD, Alex's, 13th Birthday!!

It is also, unfortunately, the day that we had to cancel this cruise.

We have been hit by some very unfortunate expenses in the last 2 weeks and we just haven't been able to come up with the rest of the $$ for our cruise!

We are super sad as we have grown very fond of all of our DIS friends.

We still plan on shipping Champagne to some of you for the tasting party, hopefully someone else in a suite can host it in our place.

We rebooked for a Tortola Cruise in June of 2009. DD will be starting High School in the fall of 2009, so we couldn't book that with those of you that are on that cruise, we really wanted to, but we can't take her out of school at that time.

We will also be in DL in April, the 25th through the 28th. (I may have PM'd the wrong dates to a couple of people... sorry!)

Will try to say hi on occasion, but it is really hard to read about all of your plans now that we will no longer be with you.

Temp still 101 but I'm afraid to give him anything because he'll throw it up anyway. Not sure which is worse. I guess as long as it doesn't keep going up and stays the same, I can hold off?

holly...for throw up, try this...

give him 1 oz of water wait 1/2 hour, if he holds it down, give 1tblsp ..wait 30 etc. then keep upiing the content. BUT always wait 1/2 hour. they will be thirsty, but most of the time they are throwing up cause their stomach is still upset, it needs a little at a time to calm down again. Especially if he hasn't had anything to eat, just the motrin. Once he gets to a 1/2 cup, try some 7up. The sugar seems to help.

Holly, give him ice chips. They will help him not get dehydrated and maybe help a bit with the fever.

I'm sure you already have this, but a cold compress on the forehead doesn't hurt either.

that is nice and forgot tell you that I got haircut up to my shoulder. I dont think it suit me either but I know it will grow before May.

I found that if you retrieve your reservation again after you have submitted, it seems to work better. Basicly logout and log back in after each successful booking. It is still slow but a lot faster than without doing.

Hey girlfriend...we're 45 minutes of frustration ahead of you.

Well, between the time I got 'timed out' waiting on Palo I did book two excursions. Now I'm IN palo, picked a day and time for dinner and watching fishes again.

I cannot even get into DCL website now. Says not available.
