Has anyone seen/heard what the park hours for May will be? The official WDW site says they are unavailable. I thought they came out three months in advance. Maybe I'm jumping the gun :confused3
Thanks for the help!

Sorry, you're too early. April's hours were just released last week. Look for them about the beginning of March. They should be interesting with the kick off of the 50th anniversary. I'll be watching for any parks that might be closing early during the first week of May. I have yet to sit down and start my PS list for my 16 day trip.

I know what you mean. I need to make my PS in 12 days and don't know when to schedule Chef Mickey. I want to do it the evening that Wishes and Spectro run, but I'm staying offsite so will not have access to EMH. Aaagghhh :( So frustrating. I guess I'll just make several PS for Chef Mickey on diffent evenings and then cancel once the May schedule is released. :confused3

I've been making our PS's this week for our May 9-17 trip. The lastest seating for Liberty Tree Tavern was 5:45 on 5/11. CM didn't know why?!? She didn't have the schedule yet. Someone does, they're just not sharing yet!!! She said it MAY BE an EMH day for resort guests . . . THAT'S US!!! :sad2:

I want to know too b/c I'm doing 3 nights from the 5th to the 8th and then 3 more from the 12th to the 15th and a cruise in between. I want to make my PS's based on EMH too!!!

We'll be at LTT on May 11th at 5:55pm(That was the latest we could get, wanted 6:30 as we are arriving that day). See you there! ::MickeyMo

Will they close parks early or stay late because of the celebration....That is the question??? Thoughts?

I'm also finding I can't get seatings at MK restaurants past 6pm that 2nd week of May but I think they'll eventually open up those after 6pm seatings. I have a PS at LTT for 5:40 on the 9th

I called for a PS at Liberty Tree Tavern for the second week of May and the CM on the phone said she couldn't book us past 5:45PM because "the May hours have not been released yet."

I know it's pathetic that I hold onto this stuff, but I have the hours from last year for May. Beginning the first full week (May 3rd) MK was open 9am to 9pm on Monday-Friday, and until 10 or 11 pm on alternating Saturdays. But who knows what will happen with the celebration this year. I talked to a CM two days ago that told me they will release the May schedule at the end of this month (she said probably on Feb. 28).

I found the same no PS's after 5:40p. I made those ressie that we absolutly had to have and our breakfast. I decided to wait on the rest to leave alittle flexibility in our schedule. Doesn't Mickey know that we are a scheduling type and become very anxious if this has to wait till the last minute :earseek:

I'm right there with ya' fun & fancy free. I made the PS that I had to have, mainly character breakfasts. I'm just going to take the chance on something being available once the hours are released. Just remember that after they're released we'll still have to keep watch on them because they'll likely change them.

I am not really concerned about the PS's. 1st because I already got CRT breakfast on Mother's Day. :cloud9: 2nd my kids would eat french fries for every meal if I let them and that is counter service :rotfl: I figure alot of PS changes will hapen once the times are announced so I have learned to let go alittle. I have to admit though I like to have a plan :bitelip: We will have a blast either way.

I have a DS toddler who is diabetic and has severe food allergies so I use the PS's to provide him with some well-rounded meals. I also have to call the restaurants a week in advance to talk to the chefs so I can't make PS's on the fly or change them around much once I get there. I used to do that and it did work well for us but this year I have to stick to the PS schedule I make! LOL! :earboy2:

I'm still hoping however that the restaurants won't be TOO busy that week so that we could adjust the times slightly should I find I've made them all too early or too late or some such thing. Last time it was hard to get back to the hotel, nap and swim, and back to the park for dinner by 6pm!

I have to start making my ps's very soon.I hope the hours hurry up and come out!!April ::MickeyMo
