MaxPass and LMT Club Tickets

I am looking at purchasing my tickets through LMTC just for the savings it will offer us. Is it really a pain to add MaxPass in the park?? I am concerned since there was a post last week of someone saying that they couldn't add it since the system was down. We are WDW vets and MaxPass is a must for us. We can purchase out tickets directly through DL but it will cost us about $88 more for the four of us.

I would definitely save myself $88 and go with LMT. We bought LMT tickets and used maxpass during our July trip. Adding maxpass once in the park was very simple and quick (took just a couple of minutes to scan tickets, assign names and purchase the maxpass and you only have to do the ticket scan the first day). I would recommend saving a credit card to your Disney account prior to your visit if you haven't already so that you can save a step once you are scanned into the park.

We bought tickets through LMT and added MaxPass in the park with no problems (mid-August).

I leave in a few weeks and already scanned the LMT etickets into the app. Worked great.
