I am traveling with 3 (adults) + 1 child + myself. Would we be ok in one room at a moderate or just POR? We won't be in the room much and we're trying to be conscious of costs. Has anyone tried this before...feedback is essential!

Thanks

POR. AB section is the only moderate that accomodates 5 in a room. The child would sleep on a trundle bed.

Now, if the child is still in a crib you can choose any moderate. :sunny:

Also If you have more than two adults in the room you will be charged more for each extra adult in the room. I think it is $15.00 per person per night. At that rate it might be more advantageous to get two rooms at an all-star for roughly the same price as one room at POR with the extra adult charges.

Are there trundles in the "Mansion" section of the POR resort? I don't necessarily like the decor in the Alligator section.

I would go for the 2 rooms, considering you will have to pay a $30 surcharge for the 2 extra adults in 1 room. That way you would have 2 bathrooms.

I don't believe the mansions have trundles.

We had 3 adults plus a 12YO and 9YO in POR a few years ago. VERY crowded. So I imagine 4 adults would be worse!

I'd strongly suggest you go for two rooms. If cost is very important, maybe you should go for two rooms in Pop Century or the All-Stars.

Good luck!
