We recently bought in at 150 points, made reservations with some of those points, and banked the remainder for this Use Year. When our 07 Use Year rolls around, are we allowed to borrow points from 2008, giving us more than twice the amount we bought in at?

You can bank and borrow a full years points giving the possibility of 3 full years worth of points in one.
