Max pass with gift card?

LOVE max pass, won’t go without it. I’ve added each day with app and the cc that’s on my account. My daughter is going on her own for the first time. Can she put a Disney GC on her account and use that to buy max pass each day? Or is it only a cc?

Other posters have used a gift card to buy MP at the ticket booths. So if your daughter wants to use a gc, she can go to the booths. If she wants to use the app, it has to be a cc.
