Max Pass not loading ride photos

Absolutely loving max pass but we cannot get our ride photos to load. No problems with any photos taken by photographers and scanned on the card. When we went o shop to enquire, they said they’re having a huge issue with the cloud and eventually they will come through. We are half wa through our stay and hope we don’t miss out on getting them. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

I've been having an issue with them too. Some of mine from August still haven't shown up.

Mostly no, but I am still missing some pictures from a trip last January...I've given up on them. But, it was a similar issue. Technology isn't always perfect.

Our trip was two weeks ago. I kept forgetting to load the ride photos, but I finally did it today w/ no problems. I don't know if it made a difference, but I used my desktop computer.
