You don't know how excited I was to meet them and I can't even put into words how sweet they all are. Khelsey is definitely a deserving recipient and the whole family really merits the Make A Wish trip.

It was also really neat to see everything they recieved in person -- the pictures I've seen posted on the Big Give truely do not do justice to the beautiful work everyone has done.

I feel blessed to have met the family -- I feel like I'm the one who benefited. Participating in Big Gives is very rewarding

Love the blankets (they are the ones with the knots all around it, right?), and everything else of course. My daughter got one of them in the hospital this past fall, and its her favourite. It stays on her bed and she must sleep with it every night.

OMGoodness..Thank you all for all of the wonderful things you've all said. Andrea-You guys are the sweetest!!!...and listen everyone...her talent is UNBELIEVABLE!!! The blanket, Khelsey has slept with it along with her Barney pillow since Andrea and her daughter left. The girls LOVE their bags too...and oh my gosh...everything we have received is just phenomenal!!! My SIL's came over tonight with their kiddos and I was showing off all of our goodies...they were SOOOO impressed!!! The Barney outfit for Khelsey is just PERFECT!!! I just can't even express how blessed I feel to be part of such a wonderful group. I cannot wait to be able to "pay it forward" too. The Big GIve is awesome...I will be a Giver soon.

Thanks for posting the pics! I'm so glad the book got there fast! Again, I apologize for the "laminating". I looked everywhere for a 6x6 album to put the pages in after the trouble with the laminating maching at Staples but no luck! Hopefully my "homemade" page covers will hold up for a while!!

I really love the "laminating" job you did!! It's actually quite creative!
That book is really cool...I have been showing Khelsey the book daily just to see her reaction to the characters.

I want to let you know that Khelsey made a lasting impression on Alexa. Alexa made me a necklace last night with plastic beads, 10 stars in the center and then more plastic beads. There are 17 plastic beads on each side and she said she did that because Khelsey is 17 years old! So I'm wearing a cute little black and gray outfit today accompanied by a multicolored clashing plastic beaded neacklace

I hope we can get together again...my girls really loved playing with Alexa and she's such a doll! I'm about to upload those pics in a few...and yes, it's definitely one that you are thinking of!!
