We had the BEST sleep ever during out stay last week! Does anyone know the make of the mattresses they rehabbed Pop Century with? If anyone could check if you are there? We need a new mattress so want to hunt for that one.

We came home yesterday. Rooms obviously rehabbed. Don't know how long ago but must be recent. Fresh paint without dings. No sag to mattresses. Décor freshened.

We were wondering the same thing about OKW. Anybody know?

Were the mattresses real firm?I stayed there years ago and the mattresses, were so hard, I changed to a moderate resort. I'd like to stay at Pop next year for part of a split stay. Thanks!

They are clearly not all rehabbed we just got back. My bed felt fine but my sister complained hers sunk in the middle. 80s section.

We stayed in the 90's this time last year and our mattresses weren't all that comfy. Nice to hear they have updated some!

What section did you stay in? We have had sagging mattresses before. Glad to hear the ones you stayed in have been updated. I won't be back at Pop until Nov. 18th. If I remember I will look to see what kind they are, but with any luck you will have an answer well before then.

I think POP rehab date got pushed back to November start and it's way more than fresh so that sounds like an older room if you didn't notice all new furniture and etc. If your mattress was new, guessing replaced for other reasons. You can always see where the mattresses came from and the date by pulling the linens and inspecting the tag. I will say I have done this and am sure most them come in bulk from a hotel mattress supplier, not easily bought.

These are pictures being shared that some rooms will get this layout. Even if rooms have two regular beds I imagine the look will be the same. We'll see but am guessing this is the test room at the resort.

I HATE it. It looks like a hospital room. And if that is a vinyl floor I am really disappointed and doubt I will stay. I stayed at favorite high end Hilton that converted to this floor and I'll never go back. On plus looks like a coffee pot. Haven't seen picture on tv setup.

We stayed in the 70's building. And our room DEFINATELY did not look like the ample room shown in a previous post.

We have stayed many, many nights at Pop. The mattresses vary, a LOT. We have had absolutely awesome ones, and really awful ones. I don't think they're all the same, even accounting for age/sag/etc.

I stayed at Pop 2 years ago, and loved the mattress. It felt really soft. Loved all the bedding.

I think at this far out from the last complete renovation the mattresses are all over the place for many reasons. And you never know ... I stayed at ASMu right after a full renovation and my bed had a valley. I pulled the linens and saw while the rooms had been rehabbed, I got an old mattress.

I will say for me at POP they are much harder than I like as compared to the moderates but I am a pickier mattress person - so not a good person to ask about beds.
