Mattress request for arthritis?

Not sure if this is the right place, but does anyone know if I can request a firm mattress for arthritis in my spine and herniated discs? Do they even honor such requests? We'll be at All Star Movies in September. TIA!

I'm sorry to say that I belive that they are all alike. An option that you might consider is to get one of those memory foam mattress toppers and have it sent to your resort via UPS or a similar service.

I'm not sure either if they have firmer mattresses on request, but if you call WDW Special Reservations, they will be able to help you. The phone number is in post #7 in the disABILITIES FAQs thread, which is near the top of this board.

I've read that they will supply bed boards to place under the mattress which helps with firmness.---Kathy

I have arthritis in my back and degenative disk disease and find that the mattresses at All Stars are very comfortable and do not leave me as stiff as my home mattress.
