Now that Matterhorn has a FP line... does it still have a single rider line? Has the single rider line process changed at all?

It tends to be a family favorite, and we do single rider over and over and over again. Just trying to plan in case SRL isn't there anymore!

The single rider and FP lines are now one. If you want to ride as a SR, you have to get in the FP line. I did this last Sunday and it felt that it now takes twice as long to get on the ride (than it did before the introduction of the FPs). Kind of disappointing but in a world of annoyances and inconveniences, this is pretty small as they go :-).

If both the FP and SR are in the same line, do they split it out when you get up the cast members that check your FP?

Yes, they do. But SRs still have to wait approx 10 minutes in the FP line just to get to the SR queue, unlike in the past when we'd simply go straight in.

SR Queue Line area also seems slower, but still the choice if you don't or can't use FP.
You should always avoid the Stand-By line.

I rode single rider about 35 minutes after the park opened on Monday - got right on!

Probably because no one was using FPs then. A little later, though, and the SR wait time is double what it used to be.

Very true, just saying it's a good way to get on quickly in the early part of the day. I was solo so I would have done single rider anyway.

I rode on Monday with a rider switch pass and I asked the CM if I should go in the single rider lane since I was alone and she recommended I stay in the FP lane because singer rider moved much more slowly. She was right.

Just as a FYI - Saturday they weren't allowing single rider. Sunday they were. I don't know why, I didn't ask. I rode single rider on Sunday and had about a 15 minute wait.
