Mattel Disney Princess Royal Castle playset

I found a Disney Princess playset that was made in 2009 that is called Disney Princess Royal Castle and it was made by Mattel. It was made for the Mattel Disney Princess figurine series also made by Mattel and the castle is pink with purple turrets and inside it has a sitting room/foyer bathroom kitchen sewing room and bedroom and a tower in one of the turrets. The accessories it comes with are a bathtub chair couch and bed and apparently the tower has a stand to place a Sleeping Beauty spinning wheel which is not included with the castle at all. There is also a sticker sheet included as well. Is this castle playset rare of all Mattel Disney playsets?

Do you have a picture of it? There are a lot of castle playsets out there. I have one that we bought at WDW in 2006. It can be found on eBay anywhere from $110 and higher.
