I don't know about the best massage on property but I do highly recommend Alison Andrews at OKW.

I was just at OKW 11/16-11/23 and had a full body massage by Alison, too. I highly recommend her. I've had massages before at Boardwalk and Beach Club. It was cheaper at OKW ($65.00 for a full hour).
