Some days I feel like I'm the only one from MA who is voting for Bush. DH says it's just a waste of time voting if your going to vote against the majority in your state. What do you think?

I don't think any vote is ever a waste. Many people do not voice their true feelings because Massachusetts is largely Democratic. However, not everyone feels that the man in their party is the best man for the job. Regardless, go vote!
I guess I am one of the few who do not like either candidate. I do not like what Bush has done and I do not like what Kerry has done (or not done) in Massachusetts. It is a dilemma!

I feel basically the same way. I prefer Bush, but only just slightly. I think I , and many others, feel we're picking the lesser of two evils this year, regardless of who we pick.

One more thing Lynn CC, on the flip side of that is when people say "That candidate is a sure win, so they do not need my vote." That is just a cop-out for voting. It is not a waste, please don't let anyone convince you not to vote!
I know too many MA pols and they ALL have a criminal history. From drunk driving to drug charges to murder...just ask Uncle Ted about that one. This list of clowns range from US Senators all the way down to Town Selectmen. When these guys were kids, their dad was a politician and got them out of sooo much trouble, now they're in office.
I believe Howie Carr refers to them as "hacks".
These MA Dems give Democrats a bad name.
Theres nothing to gain by voting for a liberal from MA.
KERRY........ my husband who voted for Bush in 2000 and my 2 sons who are voting for the first time are also voting for Kerry. Obviously the majority of people in Massachusetts feel that Kerry has done a good job in the senate. As I have said before Massachusetts does not automatically vote Democratic. We have had Republican governors for many years.
I am feeling very optimistic that Kerry will be our next president.
