Yes we are from the Cape! We grew up in Waltham. Have 440 BWV points! Started out with 150 and for some reason they just grew!....must be the green thumb!

We just joined the DVC on our trip last month. We purchased 150 points at the BCV. I've already made our first reservation for next February and I can't wait to "go home".

We split our time right now between Shirley MA and Plum Island (Newbury) MA. We are hoping to relocate permanently to Plum Island in a couple of years once our DS finishes high school.

My 2 favorite places in the world are PI and WDW. The other PI (Pleasure Island) is a close 3rd.

Let's see...
Originally bought in December of 1998 when I became a TDS CM. At that time we bought 250 BWV points, thinking that would be plenty! HA!!!
We have since:
-- added on 50 at OKW
-- added on another 130 at OKW
-- added on 100 at BCV
-- sold our 180 OKW and bought 200 at BCV
-- added on 100 at BCV

Follow that???? LOL! We are now at 250 BWV and 400 BCV ( I think!)

We are ahead of the curve Just kidding!!!! So now I'm curious...what part of town do you live in JackBat? We could be neighbors We live in the part of town that used to be called "Shrewsbury Center" (an old-timer told me this, LOL), off Walnut street Glad to see a fellow BWV owner from Shrewsbury!

Plymouth here. Grew up in Hanson. We bought in October 2002. We have our first trip "home" for Thanksgiving.

I saw some people are from Holden area. My sister and her family live in Hubbardston. I am visiting her this weekend.

We live in Westminster, in the central part of MA.

We started out with 150 pts. at VWL in early 2001, within a few months did a 50 pt. add-on, and last fall bought 65 pts. at BCV. Our first trip home to BCV is in July, and we can't wait. This past winter, followed by no spring, has us itching for some hot sunshine!!!!!!

Stoughton here, 172 points at OKW, bought in 1998, then added a "traditional" Marriott Hilton Head week in 2000. Greatest purchases we ever made...

We live in South Boston. Bought 200 VWL points in March 2001. We've since added 25 VWL points, 50 VB points and 100 BCV points.

We live in Franklin. We bought 170 pts. at BWV in November of 1999, sight unseen.

I was on the phone with our guide going over final details when a tow truck pulled up to the house with my husband and our totalled car that a deer had hit on 495. Right into the windshield -we were very lucky that night with more than just our DVC purchase!

We go home twice a year, but have to stay at AStars on the weekends to stretch the points enough. Best investment we ever made!

I live in Sudbury, but grew up in Waltham like Tinkerbelloncapecod(graduated in 1983).

We own 230 OKW points, but currently looking to rent VB points for April vacation 2004.

Is it just my imagination or does it appear that most of the DVC owners are from central mass (beyond 495 belt). Maybe they can afford DVC better then the people who bought a home within the 495 belt, because we are so so so house poor.

We're from Sutton (just south of Worcester), so neat to see some Oxford & Auburn folks! We have owned 150 points at BWV since 1999. We've stayed at BWV once, BCV just a few weeks ago, and traded out to DL Hotel too. We love it so far, and we're planning a visit to VWL for Dec. of '04 -- and maybe HHI or VB in between?

We have so many Central Mass people here! If anybody wants to arrange a meet locally, I'm in. It would be great fun to trade stories. By the way, I went to Becker - Leicester (77-79) then onto Worcester State (79-81) and finally got my MBA at Assumption in 1991. My husband went to Quinsigamond and then graduated from Clark. That pretty much gets all the colleges except for Holy Cross!

One of the seemingly rare Western Mass DVCers here! We bought VWL in May 2001, and have had two fabulous vacations- one for 10 nights at Vero and VWL, the most recent on the Magic for the Eastern cruise! We love creatively using our 150 points, but would love to add 100.....
