Masks no longer required outside at Disney World park or resorts

Considering how many children come to Disney with compromised immune systems, I would hope people would understand that children under 12 still need to be protected. This should never have become as controversial as it has, especially with kids involved.

So happy to hear this for my summer trips! I just bought some new cool disposable masks but now that we don't have to wear them outside, there will be plenty to last when we are indoors!!! Yeah!!!!!!!
it's not just indoors, as if you are in line for a ride, you will be asked to mask up. It was fine this past few days. and all are being observant of the rule plus still social distancing.

I considered in line for the ride to be indoors...but, you are right, some of those ques may go in and out of it!

My experience is that Disney has not been enforcing masks for extended outdoor lines that go beyond the traditional entrance of the attraction.

However, you must wear a mask indoors or outdoors once you reach the traditional start of the attraction.

Just think of the outdoor gate to enter the Tower of Terror queue. That’s where you have to put on your mask.

well I was there yesterday, and if you are in line, someone will ask you to put your mask up, most people do, and take it down for fesh air , to cool off, as they walk along, then put it right back up. also, every single person we spoke with had been vaccinated. I felt great and safe.
