Mary Blair Question

I saw on another site that the Mary Blair little exhibt is open, was just curious as to how long that was going to be there. Love the Small World themed stuff and would love to bring something home for my Mom, not to mention would love one of the t-shirts for myself. Thank you in advance.

I saw Disney announce this last week. It is currently open inside the Disney Gallery on Main Street.

However while it had the opening date, it did not mention a closing date. I don't think it will go away too fast.

I was going to post the same exact question! I LOVED the pics too...and would love to see the exhibit and maybe get a shirt. I'm hoping its still there in December.....

Just sent Disneyland an email to ask. I'll post when I hear from them.....

Mary Blair was a Disney artist. Most known for IASW. So I assume the gallery will be displaying her artwork. The Disney Family Museum was also hosting a talk on her. Might have already passed, but I noticed it when I was looking at the website.

Yeah, I noticed too that there was no ending date listed for this exhibit. I think the Disney boats/water exhibit lasted for around three months, and it seems like the exhibit before that ran for around that long.

If you look at the comments on the post, you will see that Michelle who originally posted it for DLR mentions that the next exhibit (after the Mary Blair one) will be coming in October. So.... that means that the Mary Blair exhibit will only be there until then.

Just heard back from Disneyland. They confirmed that the exhibit will run through October 2011.

Great. We should be able to make it by then, hoping for August. DS11 would probably enjoy this.
