Welcome to the Marvelous Villains May Exercise Challenge! This month we'll explore a few of the most popular Disney villains to keep us moving and motivated.

Here's how it works:

1) Choose a monthly goal in minutes.

Since May has 31 days here are some popular conversions, but your goal can be any other number you choose:

10 min/day - 310
15 min/day - 465
20 min/day - 620

2) Post your active minutes towards that goal. You get to decide what exercise counts towards that goal. It can be anything you like.

Since Tasha228 has already reached Ursula Blue, let's start our month off with this evil-doer.

Ursula is the villainous sea witch in Disney's The Little Mermaid. According to Disney Wikia, during pre-production, Ursula was imagined as a rock fish, lion fish, or snake-like type creature rather than a hybrid human-octopus. Here are some pre-production sketches on display at Walt Disney Studios Paris:

Even though Ursula is supposed to be part octopus, she was drawn with only 6 tentacles due to the studio's budget and to concerns about coordinating 8 tentacles.
